Hey I'm super happy with my chessnut air. I was wondering what is the default engine depth for maia? I want to play the intended strength of 1100 but when I set it to maximum depth it kicks my butt haha. Would depth 1 for maia 1 be similar to the lichess maia 1?

Terrible colors. Why don't you make the dark pieces really black? You can hardly distinguish these light brown pieces from the white ones on the board. I would never buy them...
I tried ordering a Chessnut Go, paid, waited, followed up, and then was told it would arrive weeks after the date I was quoted. I asked for further confirmation, and not receiving any response at all to a few emails I then asked this company to refund me. I received a response on Facebook saying they closed that thread, please send a new email. I did, no response. I've received responses via Instagram and Facebook making excuses for poor customer service, including suggestions that receiving email is simply too hard for the online company, apparently they don't know how to answer it (despite the officially posted refund policy being to email them.) Still no refund or action however despite acknowledging my request. Pretty ridiculous. It seems like the Go has potential to be a nice product but unfortunately the company seems to be very unreliable and unprofessional and not able to do the basics required to operate as a business.

Is there any way to share a url from the Chessnut Evo? If not is that something you could implement? Id like to make videos where I could share the game footage as well as have a camera focused on me.
