Can someone plz help me? I am new to TicTok, dropshipping,etc.. I am nowhere computer-saavy as most of you. I have five orders I need to ship. First of all, I had no idea I had to do anything for these products to ship once the customer placed the order. So now I have a violation on TicTok for failure tp ship these items in a timely manner. I've contacted the TicTok Help Center and they will not tell me what tabs to click! I keep hearing that all they can do is send me a link that reroutes me to TicTok Academy...WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP!!! I am a nervous wreck because now I'n getting violations for being non-compliant! Like I'm purposely dragging my feet, not wanting to ship these products!!! OMG!!!! Please Help!!! I've gone to Orders> Manage Orders> "To Ship" tab and that's where I get stuck!!! I've clicked on "Add Tracking number" but when I do that I get rerouted to a page where I'm supposed to manually enter the Tracking number. Where do I get the tracking number?. I tried clicking "print" the shipping labels to see if the tracking numbers would be on there but they were not. Now I'm wondering, if I obtain the tracking number and enter it, will that let the 3rd party supplier know that they need to ship these items? I'm so lost. Hay just got a ricoma vision I am having a few problems 1. Out the gate the white is blotchy. Even with 3rd party treated shirts. 2. The colors are not matching? Like way to Saturated. 3. When heat pressed it will lose all color saturation. (Like when it is prints it is +10% saturation and when I heat pressure it is like -50% saturation) If anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong that will be great lol
You're not doing anything wrong! That's how the colors usually work on DTG printers since they work on CMYK. For the blotchyness, maybe too much humitity in the room? Or you might need to do a few head cleans there's a lot that can factor in. I suggest contacting Ricoma if you can

@@daveblue4303 that'd depend on quite a few factors. For one the type of transfer paper you're using. Some are better than others. Also, it depends if the image is rssterized. Rssterized images will last longer than non rssterized big block images. They'll feel better also. Another thing is the T-Seal will help increase the longevity as well. But on average, maybe 15 - 20+ cycles. I've had people tell me theirs last over 30. But again, it really depends on how it's pressed and the design itself

I’m having an issue where I set my flat rate on all templates to 9.99 with my product cost being 24.99 but it won’t say 9.99 on the listing?? Is this because with 9.99 it will be more than 30 therefore giving buyers free shipping? I want to uninroll and get 34.98 per order how do I do this how do I apply the flat shipping rate? It won’t work

Yeah, that's mainly what I did. The price depends on a few factors like how big the image is and if it's in a black or white shirt. White shits are cheaper to print, but color shirts would be about $2. But again, that really depends on how big the image is
