Same thing happened with me this investigation thing ...a ordered a carote company tawa with 4k plus reviews with 1 ur warranty ...the tawa was white colour within 12 days a black spot was seen on 7 o clock side of tawa...the tawa was only used for roti making...we contacted the conpany as 10 days of return window was over the company didnt responded after repeated emails as their is no official phone no. Of carote i contatced amazon india also regarding unavailability of warranty for replacement of same but again no benefit then i put forward the complaint to consumer court via online ....the company responded but still refunded me half the amount....on their deller website to amazon....amazon was very late in forwarding the refund .....even after repeated calls amazon didnt refunded me....atlast i settled after nearly 10 mnths of purchasing when they credited the amount and that too in their amazon pay balance....which is ridiculous.....so beware of reviews there r fraud reviews for the same...to sell their there products companies. And amazon r doin lot of scam things ..
