Dont have to worry about common issues much because its a ford.. brilliant sounding 5 pot and always a head turner, my older brother has recently bought an ST in orange, no lacker peal which is rare and completely stock apart from an exhaust, amazing car to drive, cant imagine how the RS drives
Interesting. So, are you like, mentally retar*e* since birth or is this more of a "hit your head on a rock" kind of thing? They have shown different SYNCHRONISED clips from each car hitting each track sector, like they did with literally any comparison. These obviously weren't the full laps and they obviously didn't cross the line at the same time. You can't be serious😂
"It's brilliant" Except it really wasn't lol. These cars had a lot of technical problems, including the torque steer, even with the special front axle system.
They cancelled it because they can’t be arsed to sink money into another RS when boring bastards will just buy bland DSG shit from the the VW group to impress the jones’ god the Audi RS3 and Golf R really do make 400bhp and 300bhp respectively seem utterly pointless 🤦♂️
And the Golf R has a shitty DSG box so you might as well get an electric car with fake engine noises for all the driver involvement you’ll get from the Golf power train. Plus The EA888 is throwaway dog shit.
I someone able to tell me - does this have the same engine as the XR5, or is it the same car, or completely different... I wasn’t able to make sense of that time bracket of Focus
Nope. The XR5 is the ST. Whilst the same basic Engine the RS engine was reworked to make it reliable at 300bhp for the general public to do their usual thing of using the cheapest parts and skipping service intervals and ranting it when cold for 100,000 miles.
It kinda is it came from the factory with a limited top speed and the focus didn’t if you was to remove the limit it would then technically be a modified car because it would no longer be factory spec
