That's a tricky item to get. You have to get it via mystery gift. HOWEVER, you can only get a certain list of items per save file. Miracleberry is one of them, and the drop rate is 1%. I am locked out of getting the Scope Lens myself. I thought there was a way to get it via the Shuckle you receive, but I'm not sure. The surefire way is Mystery Gift.
Mew, Mewtwo, Celebi all have a 5% chance of holding one on catch or rollover from the color games. That Shuckle can yield a rare candy and berry juice. Otherwise It's mystery gift all the way for the miracleberry.
Some people are saying that this looks more difficult that puyo puyo but it looks so much more simple to me! I can't understand puyo at all (as much as i desperately want to) In fact I'd say this even kind of makes me understand the mechanics of puyo better!!!

Some of the lower levels are bad where as the higher levels of ranking gave you a shot of having or facing a legendary in Coliseum and XD Gale of Darkness
I'm looking forward to those! Not all legendarys will be used so I'll be working on a solution to go about that. The dogs aren't used at all, and neither is articuno. Maybe a victory run just for the heck of it.
Yeah, I hardly ever see her Quilfish or Skiploom as her LV 52 pick. I came to the battle fully expecting that she would bring it. It's almost idiosyncratic at this point for CPUs to have a programmed favorite.
I did a similar challenge to this a few years back for fun. I edited the ROM itself (you can just copy the opponent's team data and paste it in place of the rentals and you can use their exact team including their DVs, Stat EXP, held items and movesets). I found the male Rocket Executive in Gym Leader Castle Round 2 had such a good team I managed to beat the game with it. He had a Hypno as well iirc, also Wobbuffet, Tyranitar, Houndoom, Parasect I think. I remember that Hypno that only knows Shadow Ball very well. I was always so happy when the AI chose it as it's so weak compared to all his Pokemon, it makes the battle a lot easier. The Xatu, Raichu and Kangaskhan are really strong and overpower badly trained Pokemon and 90% of the rentals.
I seriously thought she was all about her flowers. Never would have put together she likes sweets at all. It's a bare bones plot to stock characters that really deserve a reimagining
