When you have red numbers in the print screen, it means you can't print them fast enough for the deadline. Lower the priority on the other jobs that are still white with the slider until the red numbers go white. If they don't, you need more printer, couriers, or both. Or upgrade to helicopters. Normally you start your pallets at the courier door so the couriers don't have far to walk. You can also plan your line so that each pallet also has a pick up point to put boxes back on a/the belt to move them to delivery areas when the backlog has gone. Having a way into the warehouse means you need another security desk there and security staff or you will get robbed, or just hire them and let them stand at the door.
