the crime rate is way down there because people are too afraid to report it and have someone come after them for that. I bet the crime rates are way higher in those areas I've lived in Sherwood Manor for 40 years and never had anything too bad happen that i didnt bring upon myself. I just make it a point that im not gonna take chit from people and I see no vil and hear no evil. Plus it helps if you ride a motorcycle and are clubbed up too. But there is good people in bad areas and bad people in good areas, just cause someone live out by Stribley Park or off airport south of Charter dont make them bad people that are gonna do somethin to you. Just avoid the police, dont get in anybodys business and dont snitch and you'll do fine anywhere

I lived 8 years in Stockton. I left in 96. I have PTSD from living there. Some things were just so bad, and hard to put in the past. I moved back to the Bay area where I came from. Wayyy better job opportunities. People's mentality is better out here. The weather is better. San Jose has its problems, but it's nothing compared to Stockton. I'm just being honest people are vicious in Stockton, to each other to animals. They're narrow-minded and hateful

Sherwoods manor is not safe at all. It's way too close to Kelley Drive which is section 8 hell. I've lived off the miracle mile for 20 years and work all over the city.
