the phrase I have to stay away from is "website optimization." Great if you want people's eyes to glaze over! Alzay, I love that you're advocating an 80/20 content strategy and you're going to unbury the lede (newspaper speak for hiding the golden nugget). Yes, yes, the client transformation needs to go up front, in the headline for everything we do! BTW, you do have the transformation in your LinkedIn profile headline now--"scaling one-to one consulting" which is not as compelling perhaps as "get more clients" unless you're primarily targeting consultants with your work. Add your uniqueness to it in your ideal client's language, and you're all set. :)

I think in cases like yours, "create more content consistently" is a strong myth, since your main business is not wrestling with youtube algo. I think you have crossed the minimum requiremenet to add real value in business consulting line a looooong time ago man! I've discovered you recently on a journey to become a consultant and your few vids that I've seen have given me inspiration to keep going, find some structure to follow and belief that I can in fact become a consultant in the limited timeframe that I have at the moment. The most special part about this is that I can 110% verify your evolution (as others too). I too was one of the people who wasn't seeing your content in my feeds for a long time. I actually went through your history of video to double check how long i'ven following you based on thumbnails/titles. It's been 7 years. I never heard you talk about advertising this way until now and it makes total sense. I'm in the same boat with my company. I'm still doing organic content for the long game, but I've had to learn and test the ad game too for quick results. I'll move to LinkedIn next but just started with RU-vid for practice. Thank you again for the reassurance and education based on your years of trial, error, success, and repeat.
7 years! Thank you for being a part of the journey. Indeed, I have experimented with *many* different advertising approaches. There are a lot of promosies about what ads can do, but I wasn't comfortable talking about it until I knew a few things for certain. At the end of the day, both organic and paid have their place - you just need to be smart. Thanks for the thoughtful comment. ✊
I am confused with which kind of effective communicators have an impact and grow faster in career is it people who are very polite or aggressive style or charismatic speakers ? How does that work at workplace for engineers in construction industry where it's a norm to speak with clients, boss etc

Alzay, I think your approach will serve you well in your next phase. One suggestion: Build yourself a search engine for your videos. You can do this using a CustomGPT, for example, or using another LMM and leverage the transcripts YotTube transcripts from each video as your data source. Doing so will allow you not only allow you to take advantage of your best existing content p[ieces but also, for a premium, allow your best clients to automatically search your content for specific answers you've already created. You can engineer anything,ND anyone out of business,especially when they are worthless thiefs...it's takes a while, but eventually..their lies ,and arrogance will catch up,and their deceit will eat everything they have gained,and any future gain.its simple..you always have the option of choosing honest people that bring in the grain,not feed it to the cows...
