I really hate these unhelpful videos dressed up as a helpful video when I really need help. I literally can't even find the app for a start and then I come here hoping to get answers on at least how to find the right app and to connect my devices to each other and instead I got "Yeah I'm already on the app" so you don't even know what to download and the video is titled to help connect it and you sped through the connection part in less than 20 seconds and spend the rest of the video showing us the app that we don't even have available to download cos we can't find it. 😂

That's not true, I've had mine for a while, I was looking for a video to fix charging because I used the wrong type of charger and damaged the battery.
