TKMaths Channel is for Independent Learner of Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. It covers the learning need of any examination board since the concepts are taught in detail along with specific past paper questions
In the question where we had to represent the inequality from the number line, my answer is - 2 < x so is this correct because it seems to be the same.
Hi Miss, in the first question, for the expansion of (1-4x)^6 you used 6 combination 1 instead of 6 combination 2. I believe the final answer for that question is actually 1/2 instead. Thank you
in part b, you took the answer from 1/2 to 3 but distance of 0 to 1/2 is not added again. shouldn't the final answer have -17.25-0.328 and then +0.328 for the distance from 0 to 1/2 ?
7:28, u said that work done is zero but aren't tension and weight forces acting on the particles on the inclined plane and on one hanging freely?? so will there be no work done by the driving force due to tension or weight of the both particles?
I have taken the energy equation for the whole system and hence the direction of the tension is opposite in particle A and particle B. Its impact will cancel out. If you will see the marking scheme there are two more methods given considering only particle A or only particle B. work done due to tension is taken into account there, then. Now about your second question i.e WD due to weight. we consider it when we are solving it by the newtons law method. in energy equation we have considered WD against gravity of that particle and thats why we consider height. if you notice particle A is moving along the ramp but for PE we have taken vertical height between distance of 0.5 m. weight is mg.
Hi Miss I am Faizuddin's daughter Alisa. These days your videos are really helpful for my exam syllabus.Do you have videos on HCF and LCM on this channel because I need help with my 7th grade exam. I would like to request you to upload a video on HCF and LCM if you can. Thankyou!
Hi, I saw your question yesterday and I was also confused. I did some past papers so from what I understand If they want variance for sum of 2 (addition of 2 or more objects) Y= X + X = 2X Var(Y) = Var(X) + Var(X) = 2Var(X) If they want Variance for 2 times(twice), 3x (thrice) Y=2X Var(Y) = 2^2 Var(X) You have to check if the question is asking for a SUM or MULTIPLCATION For example, Total mass, W = Mass of 2 bags of sugar,S and 3 bags of coffee,C W= 2S + 3C Variance W = Variance of 2 bags of sugar + variance of 3 bags of coffee Var(W) = 2 Var(S) + 3 Var (C) Or maybe Mass of 1 bag of coffee is TWO TIMES mass of 1 bag of sugar C=2S Var(C) = 2^2 Var(S) Do more past papers and you will understand better. Basically learn to differentiate if question is asking for sum (X1 + X2) or multiples (2^2X) Hope it helps
