12 minutes later, clicked 50 different MS buttons to try to download 3d builder. MS appstore, no joy, google app search, no joy... who would have thought that a dude who had windows 95 can't downlad an app in 2024 in less than 10 minuites from the msn download app link.
Having bought a K2 Max, I'd been looking everywhere and trying all the slicers to merge parts. This program did it in a handful of clicks, perfect. I love it. Thank you for the demo.
You set the z offset after automatic bed leveling. Less video editing more review. I have this printer and it is worth it , or wait for the Neptune pro 4 max.
The roller wheels are falling apart on mine after only a couple of months of use. Elegoo has not responded to my emails. Skip this and go for the faster Neptune 4.
Elegoo Neptune 4 Max looks very promising. Fast, slightly shorter in Z but looks like it is because of redesigned print head and cooling fans. Also has WIFI and WLAN. Pre-orders appear to be sold out.
@@VasjenKatroim litrally thinking the same right now. Did you decide and order one yet ? Seen a lot of failed prints which ofc could be user error or mutiple things but was also thinking of going for the 3 for reliability mainly for slow large prints with good quality.
have been seeing also that kobra 2 max for anycubic has good reviews check for other videos that are recent some more reeaslistic reviews there have not decvided myself as well waiting for sometime to see how it performs on longterm, i already have a p1S so wanted this for bigger bed size @@darrenpaterson6792

Pro and Max are same except volume afaik. Pro is my first printer. It is quite capable. It has worked great for me with TPU and PLA after following teachingtech's calibration website. I have run into a few firmware bugs on the Neptune 3 Pro, curious if you reproduce them on Max: Print menu garbles filenames from SD card when there is a .Trash-1000 folder present First press of LED button doesn't toggle light on Prepare > move Z +10mm only moves it 1mm until some other move is made Heads up that if you ever crash or update the firmware you need to reset E-steps, z-level, bedlevel, temperatures. I crashed the firmware once with Pronterface through USB hub and once by ejecting the SD card mid-boot.
not setting the z-offset is quite a newbie move, the other important advice is isolation: putting more machine actively printing in the same rack causes problems due to to synchronization. Make sure the rack is bolted to the wall or you gonna have trouble especially with cosplay parts due to large surfaces that will make the generated noise more visible
Yes I just bought one! It is awesome. Very good value! Seems to help to have a good brim and a thicker base layer. I have done a few 3 day prints and it hasn't missed a step.
