question I'm fully geared on this, exception being the attack speed ga starless, Ive been trying for 2 weeks just cant get one, have a double lucky hitt, crit(useless) but i tripplecrit it and tossed it on. Anyways my gear is quite literally close to perfectrion, outside of the ring, and my pyro tempers for AS are a little meh, but I am .3% away from reaching 13 frame asp. I have a perfect roll on cast trwice on my focus and i hitt that twice and int one time. how important is being in side the 13 frame attack speed, should i sacrifice the one hit on intelligence and throw it on my mediocre Pyro AS temper to resolve the .4 or keep it as is. Just curiuos how important being in 13 bracket is
13 frame is pretty nice but it's not necessary for pushing. you'll be down about 7% fewer attacks(less damage, less teleports) but in the grand scheme it's not a big deal unless you are really pushing the timer to the limit. As goes for any gear levels with this build it's always important to try to find the balance of as few teleports as possible but also recognizing when teleporting more will produce more damage by positioning the mobs better or pulling in more mobs for more fireball enchant procs. Without GA Starless you'll be locked to 13 frame, my friend Puz did some frame testing and found the 14 frame cap to be 164.3, i'd try to aim for that.
@@voidseerxd i re mastered it and noticed a huge difference, I reached 157 with LS, I hoped into 150 to give it a test run as I have put aside playing with the shatter sorc, cause i have been switching back and fourth on one sorc two gear setups(complete nightmare lmao) but in the 150 test i was vaporizing everything, and could evade at will. I playedd firebolt last season, I actually did my 150 with it, so I'm pretty familiar with the style and pool up of mobs, but your video gave me a great idea with my bindings that has essentially already felt GAME changing, binding evade to right right click... I never even thought about it, and it's just a godsend. i am now in 13frame bracket after hitting the master on that pyro once, I will keep trying for the ring, so I can switch back to the int, but evade right click has never made me feel so comfortable with my other binds. funny how such a small change can literally make a build go from a clunkfest feeling to right at home!
Could you do a video showcasing your items and etc and explaining how does the build basically works? I know I might be asking for too much but I think everyone would like it.
So I’m about 50% geared on this. I think the interaction is flame wall, fire bolt. Make sure the enemy is frozen. Hit them with fire ball after a bunch of damage has been dealt. Then when they die they explode for a shit to. I’ve been getting 10-15B for my high ticks but I’m not geared up yet. You have to make sure they get frozen for the shatter to work. I think he should try the ice heart brais. I’ve been getting big damage with them as well.
1st Firebolt,2nd fire wall, after firebolt until frozen, then use raiment to extend cc, spam fire ball doing all that will delete mobs with shatter. Like the dude commented they have to be frozen to proc shatter. You do not need to use fire wall but it gives more dps for activating a big burst of shatter. It’s a lot of steps and will feel clunky without enough cdr on evade. Goodluck!
great run, gg, pity that you have to fish for the right boss each time 3 mins left, there's pit 167 with your name on it. 😎 btw, alt-f9 starts and stops the nvidia recorder without popping up the menu
Here we go again and still 2 min left! Same rift as 168 doable too hehe. You already beat most firebolt player from last season, thats fckn awesome. 2 weeks left, lets go man, all it needs is a 173 solo to worldrecord both seasons!
Congrats! You did it again. I was holding off from updating my board till a few hours ago when I thought ok this might be it but I was wrong. Awesome stuff take a break so we don’t have to update our boards for awhile 🤣 enjoy!
haha I always feel bad changing board so much but I just learn and test out new things and use what feels the best. The upgrades are usually pretty minor
thanks, this run took so many attempts I am probably just going to log off for a while and play some overwatch I don't want to burn myself out before vessel even drops xD
Damn. This is impressive. GGs But 400 attempts is too many because of the RNG on bosses being a big problem. So yeah, I would also take a break if I was you.
hi mate, I can kill the dg as fast as u but in boss Iam struggling to do dmg ... mobs are always freezed next to boss but dmg is not there.Even my build is pretty close to urs GG itens
in order to have big shatter you need to use enough fireballs. if the boss adds have low HP and cannot survive application of a lot of burn you need to stop early and make sure you get a minimum of around 3 fireballs. this may mean you only get a volley or 2 of firebolts off because any more the burn alone will kill them without you harvesting with fireballs. in lower tier pits this is especially true but stops being much of a problem around 157 depending on boss. also make sure to try to position the mobs so that when you are burning all of them are getting hit by the multi-hit firebolts instead of in deadzone where they only get hit by 1
slither has the most health and the adds are very small with low traction so they slide around and are difficult to shatter. for tier list i would say S: Malice A: Spiritcaller, Scourge B: Hivemaster, Hag, Slither C: Chief, Bramble F: Denmother, Mothers Justice, Blood Bishop
beautifully played. Ill never play this good anyway..but I switched to controller for d4 and this run makes me wanna jump on my pc with keyboard and mouse now😂
@@voidseerxd thanks. I just had to adjust my console controller. Now it’s working. Thanks! Btw, just finished the build. Tried 150. Easiest 150 I’ve ever done
How does the fireball explosion from the enchantment work in this scenario? Is the "50% of it's damage" only applying from the modifiers on Fireball? What is the "it" being referred to in the description here? Is the "it" the enemy and it's doing damage based on damage taken? I'm trying to wrap my head around how the explosions on the firebolt build can do billions of damage to a boss when the base damage of fireball is so much lower.
The damage of fireball's main hit is irrelevant. Greater fireball (10% of burning damage as direct damage) is where all of the damage comes from. I can have around 30b damage applied in a large burn, and I can cast upwards of 8-10 fireballs. Then any mob that dies before then will also proc many fireballs, which could be upwards of 30-40. All of those greater fireballs then undergo some sort of double dip in the shatter calculation. Then lastly every mob is hit by every other mobs shatter, resulting in those ridiculous numbers.
Hi Voidseer thx so much for your build and all your detailed explanations in the comments for all the questions. You are awesome! Great fun playing this despite it being a bit harder on console and changing paragon boards every single pit clear you did. 🤣 my question is will you push 166? And will your paragon board ever be final?
I'm pushing it now but it is incredibly difficult. I am testing out one last board there are just so many permutations and as far as I'm aware I haven't seen anyone with detailed calculations about shatter-GFB interaction so I sort of have to just test things by feel.
I put a starter setup in the maxroll link but it is still quite gear dependent. If you are very short on time I would suggest lightning spear build. This build is also not good for general content and really only for pit and uber bosses.
@@habibsaad6232 it's playable in hordes as is but it's just so easy to respec to LS that's what I do even though my LS gear is mid. If you do decide to do hordes with it you can swap from shatter to combustion when you reach the boss trio
I just hold down left click most of the time, in order to do that without walking though you must have toggle hold position. You can do it with hold down hold position but it will tire out your finger and make you less nimble
could be multiple things 1. Maintain conj mastery stacks by pressing iceblades 2. Need mana restore temper on necklace 3. Need to maintain Ice barrier 4. Need to keep up firewall and be hitting mobs with 6 firebolts instead of 1 for more necklace procs 5. Maintain stacks of starless skies 6. Single target only bosses you will lose some uptime on Fiery surge. 7. You aren't at 100% double cast firebolt for more necklace procs 8. Need mana roll on boots either 5 or 6 9. If you are low on mana use teleport it has high lucky hit and no mana cost so it can proc mana restore 10. You may be walking at times instead of only using teleport, this will drop your Soulfire passive 11. If all else have failed remove 1 point in align the elements and place it in wizard's firewall
Build has a "drag and drop" playstyle. it looks like you drag and drop mobs into groups and then drag and drop them onto another group/boss and detonate them. Also was the main change that allowed you to push this last one just a redo the paragon? Thanks for your videos and comments. Ive learned alot from them.
Definitely, my gear has never changed but working on paragon board always seems like it's able to increase my damage a lot. There's a lot to test out but I think I'm honing in on my final board.
haha yeah i don't usually play with numbers on but sometimes it's good while testing new things to see them. also it's sort of nice to gauge my burn on boss adds to know when to shatter them
