@@ontario_transit I'm not that much a fan of Novas, but I really do like these! The Novas I prefer are definitely the ones made in 2015 and before then! Our 15s (by our I mean Burlington's) are my favourites to ride! They're up there with our D40LFs in my tier list!
I miss them, but they had seen better days by their last year in service. The suspension was done on most of them and the transmissions were getting jerky. Miss them, but no longer road worthy.
Coming back to this video two years later, this is my personal favourite ride video of yours. I just love the end, where you can hear at 12:35 , how #0307 just screams away. That's a perfect video.
That fact that Toronto doesn't use these buses anymore is sad misssauga only care about the people same with the ttc but they throw away there old buses and now they have lfs lfs hev orion vii orion vii ng hev orion vii epto and lfsa and new flyer xde60 ex40
0:12: Jackshaft transmission in a diesel locomotive? I knew about this type of transmission in electric locomotives and railcars in many parts of Europe, but that this type of transmission is also applied to diesel locomotives... It really hits me in the head.
