Маю такий адаптер(z16) та декілька перехідників від Campingmoon, дуже якісні речі, але відносно недешеві. Планую ще купити газовий пальник від них модель XD-2F. Дякую за відео!
Nope I finally figured it out it was my own mistake. It was made by Burns O-Matic and the tank had a special adapter that plugged in when you pushed it down real nice design.
@@ThreePhaseHigh Sounds like the one I seen years ago. It was in bad shape, there was a aladdin kerosene heater next to it. Basement of old houses have many treasures. I didn't realize that back then.
@@ThreePhaseHigh Just looked at a bernzomatic online, yep thats what I seen back in the 80s. Same red tank and all. Was all dented up and looked rough. So did the aladdin heater. That house burned years later. Wish i grabbed that stuff.
I had an old Coleman gas Lantern back in the 60s had a standard LP tank in the back and a two burner round glass front I can’t find a picture of one anywhere . Anyway out there no the one I’m speaking of ?
Propane has 5x higher presure than butane. That is why propane cylinders are made from thicker steel. It might be unsafe to put propane in a butane cylinder. They do make a propane to butane adapter that will work with the valve in the video. .
Also those butane tanks are a fraction of the price of the propane mix ones. I use the main adapter to fill little tanks with propane mix from big ones. And I use both to do as this video and fill little tanks with butane which I use in the summer. Both saves me cash, means I only have to carry a small canister and saves on waste gas and waste canisters.
Problem with this thing is your fingers come very close to that hot water when you finally completely press it. Why they didn't add a little more headroom with the press is strange.
I'm truck driver, car camper, trailer dwelling foodie. In other words, in my life space and money are at a premium. I'm 66, and except for 3 or 4 peices of Lodge, if I were starting over I'd buy this and be DONE. Hell, I might buy it anyway. One never knows...
U R right. For Naturehike product (accept tent, I think) are mostly OEM, where you can always find cheaper alternative. But NH is branded and they always keep spare parts in case you break something.
Incorrect. The vent is for releasing butane gas from the receiving(lower) canister. This is done to reduce the pressure in the receiving canister which increases the pressure differential between the canisters, thus allowing more liquefied gas to transfer.
@spherebotics have you used it much I've bought one but not used it yet. So the value just releases some inner pressure/ gas to release more space for liquid. Do you refill to just 80% of the refill bottle. Just a bit concerned this could weaken the bottle. You had any problem's while you have refilled ya bottle
