Spoilers for what you get from this shrine in the read more section I like how you get Surge from this shrine, very fun nod to the glitch her design was based on. (for anyone that doesn't know, in Sonic 2 there's a glitch that people have nicknamed "Ashura" which happens when entering Emerald Hill in debug mode and then overloading the game's ram with waterfalls. The glitch changes Sonic's color palette, making him bright green and black)

it's in lost colony in the egg cup when you launch up to the top floor in the dark section with the wooden boxes, go backwards and explore while trying to stay on the top floor I'm definitely going to make a video guide of it soon
it'll only play if there's a shrine or another racer behind you if you look away from an object with any pet and press the "look backwards" button, you can "honk" at it, but the angle is kinda funky so it doesn't always work I'd recommend being a little bit diagonal to it instead of having it directly behind you
