Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Scratch-Resistant Windshield for your 2017 Polaris RZR 1000 S
Yes this one is home made. The mass produced stuff is good but is safely powered. With this stuff I push the limits alittle more and get some good thump outta it lol
Hell yeah!! Thank you for posting this!! I just installed a RD900/5 amp in my 16’ 4Runnner. I tried to get away with putting a 8 inch JL W1V3 in the factory box. It’s great for what it is, but 150 watts just isn’t cutting it. I’m gonna get the Stealthbox that has that 10TW3. 400 watts should be night and day difference
Feel ya, going from spare wheel sub (150w) to this bad boy 10tw3 paired with a 400w amp. My focal midbass was going louder and lower then my spare sub haha.
@@saneknLol! Yep, I’m in the same boat brother. The little 8 inch 150 watt I got in my 4Runner does extremely well for what it is. But my door speakers are drowning it out. Can’t wait to try this TW3
Do you mean use aluminum instead of wood? I do not see why not but I have not done it. I would take some prep work to get the resin to stick to the aluminum.
With the Amp behind the plexiglass no chance of it getting wet unless you are upside down which then you have bigger issues. Lol Inside there are holes into the enclosure to allow for wiring and when the 6 1/2s hit provide enough air movement. No Amp has ever overheated yet. Also class d amps way more efficient and create less heat then a class ab.
It definitely has some weight to it. This one did once come 1/2 down after a 50 foot flat landing didn't hit anyone but bend the mounting brackets. Which now have been beefed up.
I would really like a box similar to this made for a 2022 can am x3 2 seat. Just for the speaker set up without the amp and stereo or speakers. How can I get ahold of you?
Wow, this little 10 is putting in that work. I just ordered two of these to replace a Kicker 12 with Passive Radiator box, I'm hoping that these Kick Kickers butt...lol My issue with the Kicker box i have is the radiator vibrates and give off an audible wobbling sound that is annoying. Is plays fairly well other than that. I want something that can handle a little more
I have abused and over power the tw3s for many years and in many projects and have not been disappointed yet. It work awesome for a shollow sub! Good luck with the build.
Awesome work! I have a question regarding your RZR roof units, where are you powering the head unit from? If you could answer me on here or shoot me an email @ Hrobles1997@yahoo.com I’d appreciate it!
It depends on the system some have a distribution block behind a speaker that power and fuse the led lights, Bluetooth controller and other accessories. If just the Bluetooth controller I usually just tie it into the amp power wire.
@@cbauman222 right on, also on the boxes are you enclosed all around? I put a 12 in mine and seem to be getting a pretty good thump outside up top. Almost like not enough back spacing
@@lenditoz71 yes the sub is in a sealed box. Separate from the speakers as well. Check out this vid i did for a 4 seater breaks it down better. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BEAbM7l5JHE.html
would you consider building a box for a 2019 highlifter 4 door i already have all the audio and amps lmk looking for something simple what platform can i contact you on?
Using a 5 channel amp for my setup so would you run this speaker jl 10tw3-4 (dual 4 ohm voice coils) with a jl vx700/5i or vx1000/5i. The sub has a 400 watt rms. The amps; vx700/5i subwoofer channel at 2 ohms - 300 watts, the vx1000/5i subwoofer channel at 2 ohms - 600 watts or at 4 ohms - 400 watts. Which amp would you run and would you wire it to run at 2 or 4 ohms if you went with the vx1000/5i
If using 1 sub then the dual 4 ohm is great as you can wire it to 2 ohms. The 700/5 are great but I have always wanted a little more. This video has a rd 900/5 which is alot for a single 10tw3 d4 but it absolutely slams. My video for the 4 seater has a xd 1000/5 on a single 12tw3 and you need to be careful as it can be too much power. I will have a video shortly with a xd 1000/5 2 10tw3s and 8 6.5 c2s and it powers the sub effortlessly. It is the sub in the slomo video. Thanks for watching!
