I get the point that events like this should be non-political and represent a national coming together of all strands of opinion. Unfortunately, Starmer and his ilk don't play to this rule book. They are content to politicise any event, if they think it will be to their advantage. Remember the New Years eve fireworks celebration that was hijacked by the LGBT and essentially turned into a Pride celebration? Pro-immigration messages shoehorned into education and children's TV etc.
The country is divided as it is, no matter what the veterans do on that day. Turning their backs on the PM sends a more powerful message to the country and the world. There will be no other oportunity ever more powerful than this day to send the message, some veterans might not be alive for much longer and lose this massive oportunity to show the PM how disatisfied our country is. There has been other prime ministers such as M.Tacher and T. Blair who were some people might say bad PM's but Starmer is almost as bad as A. Hitler .
