Never seen some one with such a legit flat cartoon face as Leiti Hsu @9:48. I am not making fun of her, I am just in shock. I can't stop looking at her. It's like a Rick and Morty cartoon.
Man, this is the best show ever. I used to watch this 24/7 with my fiance at the time, day and night, we put it on and it was so soothing and 15 years later it's still soothing and fun to watch

If I could have my pick of any celebrity person to hang out with it would Andrew Zimmern. He seems like he is such a down to earth person that’s not full of themself. Especially knowing his rags to riches story I think he’s seen the darkest of times and has a true zeal for life.
I agree. I remember seeing Anthony Bourdain bullying Andrew about not being an a-lister like he was, it was actually really mean and I always liked Anthony Bourdain, RIP. I lost a lot of respect for him that day.
I would rather eat the street food most all of them are willing to share the history and will give you a lot of things to taste . but I think Vietnam is better .
the first American cowboys were, freed slaves and Native Americans who did the dirty job of taking cattle from the South and to big markets like Chicago. They were called Cow-BOY because white men used to call Black men "BOYS" and I am sure in many places in the South they still do.
