If didn’t see the quest to unlock the Backbling and skin in the quest tab, then that means the time of when you can unlock the skin has expired because Rocket Racing mode started its first official season “Neon Rush” most likely this is the reason. If there is see that specific quest earlier before when would unlock the skin let me know.
I remember when i sang the mickey Mouse march for a school graduation or something, I can't remember what i sang it for.... but I sang it! Every time I sing or listen to a disney song, i feel something or someone watching me sing.
