मेरी नानी है उनकी pitaji ki जमीन वो मेरे नाम (में उनका नाती) दान कर देना चाहती है तो क्या नानी की जमीन में मेरी मामी यानी नानी की बहु जो की विधवा है....तो क्या मेरी नानी की paitrik संपति में मेरी मामी का कोई अधिकार होगा या नहीं जबकि मेरे नाना जी की जमीन मामी ने अपने बेटों के नाम करवा लिया है.....प्लीज बताइए सर जी.....और यदि नानी दान पत्र मेरे नाम लिख देती है तो क्या भविष्य में इस दान पत्र में मेरी मामी कोई आपत्ती लगाए तो क्या दान पत्र रद्द हो सकता है?रजिस्ट्री होने के और खारिज दाखिल होने के बाद मेरी मामी यदि कोई मुकदमा दाखिल करे कोर्ट में तो क्या मेरा नाम दाखिल खारिज से वापिस तो नहीं लिया जा सकता?

Mam, Can a GPA happen without Will and ATS ? I am buying GDA janta flat in Indirapuram but the Seller is not having Will and ATS for GPA. Dealer is saying that Will and ATS are not mandatory to be done at the time of GPA. Bank is asking for Will and ATS. Kindly suggest.

Mam you just say that gpa is revocable..........but in some situations like in my case the gpa in favour my grandmother and in the gpa allready mentioned that "this gpa is irrevocable" and we have rights. So is this valid point or not?

Mummy ne bade bhai ko will ki , phir chote bhai ne 1/2 avibhjit part ghar ka gift deed se liya. Parivarik jhagde ki wajah se chote bhai ne partision suit file kiya. Or apne boundary kya hai court se nirdharit karne ki maang ki hai. Property aaj b papa k naam darz hai nagar nigam me. Ghar me jo b commercial income hai sab bhai rakha raha hai kyu ki will k aadhar pe registered agreement 5 yrs kara liya tha. 2 shops chote bhai ki chatt k neeche hai or 2 bade bhai ki chatt k neeche hai. Bade bhai ne sab pe kabja kar rakha hai. Kya samadhaan hai plz bataeye

Mam 1.Donor ka padha likha (educated) hona jaruri hai. 2. Donor ke ager 4 bacche hai or donor ne 1 bacche ko gift ke through property transfer ke to kya uske baki 3 bacche gift ko cancel krwa sakte hai

BUT FATHER OF A WHO IS B AND IS ALIVE AGED 80 YEARS FATHER FILED A CIVIL CASE IN THE COURT ON THE BASIS THAT HE INVESTED IN PROPERTY 30 YEARS AGO BUT FATHER B HAS NO EVIDENCEIN THIS REGARD . CAN COURT ORDER TO CANCEL THE REGISTRY AFTER 30 YEARS OF PURCHASE . PLEASE REPLY MY QUESTION .

I want to purchase a land which was In minor's name but who's is selling me the property is a family member of minor he has acquired the property in family partition and he gave more valuable property to minor and affidavit has been signed from natural guardian.who is selling me the land is the owner in revenue department (in jamabandi) also....so I want to purchase land from his.... please let me confirm...can I purchase the property or not.
