मेरी नानी है उनकी pitaji ki जमीन वो मेरे नाम (में उनका नाती) दान कर देना चाहती है तो क्या नानी की जमीन में मेरी मामी यानी नानी की बहु जो की विधवा है....तो क्या मेरी नानी की paitrik संपति में मेरी मामी का कोई अधिकार होगा या नहीं जबकि मेरे नाना जी की जमीन मामी ने अपने बेटों के नाम करवा लिया है.....प्लीज बताइए सर जी.....और यदि नानी दान पत्र मेरे नाम लिख देती है तो क्या भविष्य में इस दान पत्र में मेरी मामी कोई आपत्ती लगाए तो क्या दान पत्र रद्द हो सकता है?रजिस्ट्री होने के और खारिज दाखिल होने के बाद मेरी मामी यदि कोई मुकदमा दाखिल करे कोर्ट में तो क्या मेरा नाम दाखिल खारिज से वापिस तो नहीं लिया जा सकता?

Mam, Can a GPA happen without Will and ATS ? I am buying GDA janta flat in Indirapuram but the Seller is not having Will and ATS for GPA. Dealer is saying that Will and ATS are not mandatory to be done at the time of GPA. Bank is asking for Will and ATS. Kindly suggest.

Mam you just say that gpa is revocable..........but in some situations like in my case the gpa in favour my grandmother and in the gpa allready mentioned that "this gpa is irrevocable" and we have rights. So is this valid point or not?
