thanks for the video it was very helpful. I recently got my cv tech clutch but I'm not happy with it and I need some help. there was a drop-down bar when I was purchasing this clutch that was asking what size tires, I selected 29/30's but definitely not working right, I have a 2023 outlander xmr with K&N intake and full HMF Titan Exhaust the bike also is tuned with dyno jet power vision 3 running ATV Terminators 29.5X10X14 on MSA Wheels, my stall/Engagement went from 1800 stock clutch to 2900 RPM that's way to high and also, I know that the clutch is slipping is not grabbing the belt hard. when I get on my bike, and I hit the throttle, and the rpm jumps up the bike starts to pull but there is time where I fell the belt slipping cause out of the sudden you can hear the motor RPM spike up a bit then grabs again. my stock was running way better :) if any of you guys can tell me what weight and spring, I should run I would gladly appreciate
Good to see the diff actually come out! Other videos they seem to edit out the physical removal from the frame. Haven't found the sweet spot yet for mine to come out.
j'ai une question j'ai achete un 650 xmr renegade 2023 et quoi je pourrait faire pour avoir assez de torque parce que lorsque je vais dans l'eau on dorait que ma clutch glisse
@@LyndhurstXMRMYthank you so much. I spent hours trying to figure out which is the best company and how to set it up and then I came across your video and it helped so much.
@@LyndhurstXMRMYlso another question if you don’t mind helping me is. What secondary spring should I run. Epi red or white. My atv is a 22 can am outlander 570 xmr and want to run 31” xm310’s. I want it to be good in both trails and hard mud riding. And keep the top end speed
Out first generation mounts were a bit more spaced to allow the rear box to open, our 4th gen mounts are much tighter to reduce the gap but still allow trunk to open
Oh NICE! I FINALLY found someone that uses a remote line with the full auto kit! So it CAN work with a remote line! Perfect! What remote line are you using and what tank are you using? What's your tank's output pressure? I would love to hear from ya since I'm SO close to getting my full auto to work, but there's just something that I'm clearly missing.
@@LyndhurstXMRMY I currently am using a Tippmann coiled remote line with an HK Army Aerolite tank. While my T-15 shoots perfectly fine in semi auto, I think my output pressure isn't high enough because I can only get full auto to work at really really high settings with the ROF screw.
Soo how do you order this? They don’t have a website or atleast I can’t find one.. can we order if we are in the United States? I know people who have their tune and its amazing. It not was a couple years ago so not sure if they went out of buisness or what’s going on? I thought they had a website to order from.
Can am 1000 xxc, 32” assasinators, I’m going to put 1020 spring, I want told you have to include the weight of the sliders, but I don’t agree, I was thinking 20-22g weights
@@LyndhurstXMRMY got it dialed in perfectly at 22 gram weights, so if you include the sliders it will be 34 grams.shifting out at 74/7500, in high, and same with low under load, thanks!
When installing it I’m on the part where you have to put the coolant in and on the side where the radiator is it just doesnt fill up it fills up the coolent box up
Lighter weight will be easier for clutch to move bigger/heavier tires faster rpm climb But loss of top speed, you need to find a middle ground for your style and setup
30 miles is 48kms i can definetly break the belt in on jackstands for 48kms no problem, all you're doing for a break in is heating up the belt to the point the rubber fuses, letting it cool, then doing it again! The more heat cycles you do before rippin on it the better of course
Yessir! All cvtechs for canam atvs are the exact same, cvtech makes a gen 1(smooth weight cover) gen 2(ribbed and vented weight cover) both gens will fit any canam 2012+ you will just have to buy the 12g weights and 1020 spring seperatly
Great video thanks! Question for you, when this happens do you get an engine light on or will this not throw a code? I ask because I've had my 2022 570 looses power after a water hole (not stall just running very poor and won't move) a couple of times now, and I'm not sure why. The water was only maybe just past the floor boards. But I'm not getting an engine light because of it.. The last time I was able to get it moving again after reving the engine for a bit.
Hey man, I recently started trying to calibrate my cvtech. I got 21 570 on 31s, originally was set up by peakboys with a 1024 spring and 8 gram weights. Ended up calling local and they said they could set me up, the gave me a 1019 spring and 6 gram weights. I got a little more top end which I was looking for as it would only ever hit 6400 rpm now it’s 7000 however it feels a lot more sluggish off the jump. What would you consider for maximizing power band but not losing top end
@@LyndhurstXMRMY perfect ill just stack these weights and get a 1020 spring! What was your shift out at im super curious. with the 1024 and 8 grams I have an insane amount of power taking off with 2700 engagement I believe and 6300 shift out but it just didn't get up there in rpms. It would top out at 80km (on speedometer, definitely not accurate) at around 6400 rpm so I feel like I should try and get it to top out a little higher although I don't want to lose that bottom end its super fun.
This made me realise how stupidly top heavy these crazy big quads are, u only need Honda Fourtrax or Yamaha Big Bear sized quads, they do all the same and wont flip as much or as easy as these big quads
I can assure you a honda or a yamaha WILL NOT do the same thing as these big machines. When hondas cross the 50hp threshold then you might have a point
I rolled mine and bent the rad relocate and the fan has a hard time spinning but it’ll spin , I’m debating to put rad in its original spot or just buy the rad relocate again . Suggestions ?
