Why are you not grabbing the rim from the inside? Lmfao you can very easily ruin a tire doing it like that. Thise jaws catch the tire and put a whole in the side wall. SMH with this bad info being put out!
If you only break the bead on 2 spots on the back it will still be stuck half of them time. I break all 4 sides on the rear but I do the TPMS side last and just barely let it push in, never had a problem and I don't have to fight with it after I get the top bead off.
Inaccurate. 1st of all it’s a steel rim so it’s gonna take about 2 extra tries to get that godamn bead to pop, 2nd clamping it from the inside on a normal rim already damages it but on steel it risks the rim flying off.
Watch this to inform myself how it works cause tire shops are crooks, girlfriend had nail in perfectly good tire, tire shop told her it’s too deep & she needs new one lol
Here is a revised version. 1. Turn the vehicle ignition to ON or ACC. 2. Enable the Child Check-Mate system by activating the abmer lights, then open the doors. You should hear pulsing beeps. 3. After you finished your trip, turn the ignition off and on. Wait for 3 beeps. This means to press the RVT (Rear Vehicle Transmitter) aka, the deactivation button. Wait for beeps to let you know the system is deactivated.
Very informative. I have one question though. When putting the tire back on, you mention the position of the TPMS. But I can't help noticing that you can actually put it further anti-clockwise and the tire will already be down under the TPMS. This way the tire will never "fall" down over the TPMS as the tire is already down from the first initial loose set.
I have a question. Do you have to remove the hub centric rings when getting the wheel balance or with it on? I was told to remove it & when there done balancing the wheels put back the hub centric rings.
He knows what he's doing he's just not very good at explaining accurately what he's doing throughout the whole entire video the valve stem was never removed just the Schrader valve I know he's calling the valve core a valve stem 🤔🧐🤨😂
God forbid there was a TPMS sensor on there on remounting the tire you would have snapped that bitch right the fuck off yeah that's what you want to do show people how to mount a tire in a way that you would break the sensor off😮
Yeah that tools actually called the valve core remover more technically correct Schrader valve screwdriver and you did not remove the valve stem you removed the Schrader valve get your shit together man must be another discount employee😂
This was extremely helpful!!! I'm just getting started working in a tire shop and I noticed when practicing on the throw away tires and rims how my crowbar kept hitting the rim. The rag is so simple but will help a ton!
Thanks. I havent touched a tire machine since 2018, starting my first day at tire kingdom tomorrow. Needed a little refresh video so i dont look like an idiot on my first day
8:37 when he says “I’m gonna lift up on this” I didn’t see him lift on anything so I’m assuming he pulled up on the bottom of the tire to get it on the rim fully??
My girlfriend’s dad abandoned a whole tire shop at her ranch and I needa fix my tire so here I am haha why go to a professional when I got everything here
