When you think about how short lived some riffs are because of production notes… consider she rearranged the entire score BMDs and it stayed from her beginning to end. No other production, tour, country, no one else. A queen. A legend.
Wow! This should be required viewing for all the actors playing these roles now. You can see the choices made. The story telling is superb!!! There is time to make the decisions. There is a relationship between the characters. There are actual responses to move the story along. There is time to live the story. The touring companies are just in a rush to get Elphaba up in the air.

I wonder if something was up here with Laura, she seems so out of it and on the verge of tears/constantly choked up and wiping away tears. I thought this might've been the show where she broke her arm but the dates don't match up, if they're correct.
I just saw this on Broadway last week, and while I mean no disrespect to the current cast, it couldn't even come close to this. I feel 1000 times more emotion from this video than seeing it live with that cast.
