The music is cool and the graphics are bright and vibrant! I like how the background moves! This is a very technical battle system you have going on here. What is the character on the right holding in his hand in the first battle? It looks like a skateboard.
For some reason, I recently got the idea of an RPG all about characters and enemies not doing much damage on their own but there are tons of debuffs and buffs and they can stack infinitely and that’s how they get the most damage
Cool! I like how you gave descriptions of the items like when you look at the hamburger it says, “100% pure beef.” I did something similar in one of my games. I can see that you heavily modified the battle menu and put the options at the top of the screen. ^_^ …and your character can attack multiple enemies at once and attacks the last remaining enemy even if not directly instructed to do so! I can tell this is some deep programming because of how much trouble I had with the battle systems in my games!
Yeah, I wanted to improve Blast’s usefulness so I made it so that it hits one target and all adjacent enemies. That required me to remake the entire damage system. (Not fun but that’s what I do)
Wow this boss must take a while if you have to OHKO it. Also there’s a cool guy who makes music called MaestroVGM. He’s currently working on a Terraria mod called Ancients Awakened and I think you would like the music he makes. I bring this up due to Mushroom Monarch’s theme coming out recently and also Mushroom Monarch looks like this boss sorta.
It reminds me a little bit of Phantasy Star the way you have the two characters following each other on the world map. Was it difficult to implement multiple enemies and players in battle at the same time? What do you have planned for Astro City? Is it a baseball stadium?
Cool! Is this your other game? I took your advice and just added hits and misses to my new survival horror game. The battles are ALOT more exciting now. I plan on adding them to my other game as well. This battle reminds me of a classic Final Fantasy fight. The music is really cool too! Did you compose it yourself?
Wow! You really expanded upon the storyline in this one. I just recently added the baseball bat to my game too! I like how it says, “SMAAASH!” when you get a critical hit!
