Good Lord, as if I'm not always late to the show, now I've even got them mixed up too 😅😅😅 Hey ho, one episode left and it's your latest, so then I'll be with the program 😀 😉. Loved the dolphins shot. If people ask about home just tell them you're nomads, they'll quickly realise your vehicle is your home. Great video guys, i guess my next stop is suddenly in Kalbarri 😂😂 Lots of love and stay safe xxxx
Lol, I seem to be forever behind, but rather late than never. Kiki, don't let neighsayers bring you down. I hope you feel better by now. If you still experience mic/volume issues, just increase the volume on your editing software program. The new mic seems to work perfect though, can't see any issues with it. Can you guys at some point do an episode on your power equipment (battery sizes, solar etc) and how long it can run your fridge? I think Connor will enjoy doing some boytalk 😂😂 and I can then figure out if our system is sufficient. Awesome video guys xxxx. Enjoy xxx
Thanks for the kind words! Yeah we just seemed to let the words get to us but at the moment we are feeling better, despite some current other battles (for another episode). Yeah we do boost the volume in editing, but turning it up too high sometimes is worse. We are still learning haha. Yes! I agree! I tell Connor all the time that he needs to show others what we currently have, he needs to work on it :) Thanks again for the kind words, it means a lot!
Yeah we really couldn’t stop saying it haha! Yeah the flies didn’t hit us so bad luckily, probably because of the cooler weather? Thank god for fly nets though!
Great that you guys conquered Bluff Knoll in the time you did it in. Me and my Dad conquered it in 1979 I was only 12 but pretty fit and it took 4 hours up and just over an hour down. The track is a lot easier than when we did it trust me.should have stopped at Hopetoun before Bremer Bay but enjoying your videos so far
I’m sure Bluff looks very different, hard to imagine climbing it back then! We had a very small timeframe for this part of the trip so we couldn’t see everything this time unfortunately. We have seen Hopetoun before though! 😄
@@_cktravels we didn’t have boards on the track we scrambing over rocks and dodging rock piles that’s why it took 4 hours to get up there coming down was easy we knew where to go and it was all downhill
Home is never far away for you both. Love looking what items you stuff behind and between you in Troy e.g. Book and a couple of pears! School footage using the drone was awesome 👍
Love it!! Yayyy for the new mic. Does your parents watch and follow Kiara? Love love that the videos are longer!!! This was a nice fun video, loved the experience with the geese...lol. Glad the drone survived, as i love the drone shots. Also very excited to see you both becoming more comfortable in front of the camera. Good onya guys xxx
Both our parents watch the videos, part of the reason why we made this channel. Thanks for the nice comments! We love the drone shots and new mic too! We are working on roughly 30mins for each video moving forward, but sometimes it just doesn't work out perfectly.
Don't know how I missed the last 2 episodes, but hey ho, here I am! Great video guys. Kiara, what was that mount called you climbed here? It so looks like the one Kelly and I climbed together....I think it was Mt Barker or something with a B... if i can even remotely remember correctly. Nice video, have lots of fun xxxx
That's no issue at all, almost makes it better when you know you have more to catchup on :) The summit was at Bluff Knoll, Kiara and Kelly also did it a few years ago too so maybe that was the one you remember?
Super vid, nice choice of background music. CB should have mentioned his muddy encounter at Big Brook Dam when he was 6 yrs old with his grandad and cousins.
We didn’t have a chance to see Collie, which was a bummer! Unfortunately we had to rush through the area to head up north but thanks so much for the tip and offer ☺️
Are you guys doing a lap?! If you are and DON"T have a timeframe, Just take your time. Don't be in a hurry to cover huge miles each day. You'll miss too much and regret it later! how often will you be posting? Once a week or...?
Hey hey! Thanks for the comment ☺️ We are only doing the top half for now, as it’s too cold and wet for the southern parts of Australia at the moment. Our little trip south-west was kinda rushed as we needed to be in Perth for a family event but now that we are heading north, we are taking it ALOT slower. We already have some regrets about how fast we rushed the southward journey but it was unavoidable 😢 We are aiming a video every two weeks but that might increase.
Thanks heaps! We are so excited to continue the trip! If we can inspire you to do the same, that would mean the world to us ☺️ no better time than now!
Woohoo!!! And off ya go!!! Enjoy guys. Kiara, you might need something (mic) in your car, sound is slightly low in there, and we deaf people have our volumes full on high as it is lol. Otherwise, awesome video, love the drone shots!!! Just one question.....why oh why did you decide to start your trip in winter? Lots of love.....Kelly's mimar xxxx
Thanks for the tips and we are working on it! We hoped to get away with the audio for a little longer, because it didn't seem to be an issue on our phones, laptops and TVs but thats ok :) The best time to head north of WA and cross into NT is now, when Gibb is open and the rain isn't as bad. For south of Australia and the east (Vic etc) the warmer months are better to drive across. Rain and colder weather are not ideal in a rooftop tent haha. Thanks so much for watching! xx
