I had to do my own research because when I would explain it to doctors, they would not not understand. They told me I was over weight. They said my body hurt because I had a large chest. I have heard it all. It was not until I did my own research and fibromyalgia came up and to my knowledge, it was EVERYTHING I was experiencing. I was diagnosed a year ago. I often get depressed because I used to be so active and now I can't even sweep or mop or even walk five minutes without having to sit down.

Hi Amy!!! Fabulous haul Sweetie! I bet that candle smells awesome. How are you feeling Hun? I hope you're weather hasn't been too cold lately. We've been having lots of wind and heavy rain on and off these past 5 days. I've just been hangin at home. Lani is on Spring break for the week so I'm happy to have a break from driving back n forth to the school. I haven't really felt well enough to even shop lately. You know it's bad if I'm not shopping lol. We've been having our yard worked on. I finally hired someone to do the yard maintenance regularly so I'm happy about that. I need to check Joann's also then I can use coupons to get great deals on their stuff for the planner. Hi Sweetie. I am sorry to hear about your new diagnosis. I am a Type 2 diabetic also, although have had high blood sugar since I was a teenager. I totally understand the emotional side of it to. I am going back to slimming world UK next week and I am hoping I am going to get back some control by doing that. It worked really well before and I even came off diabetes medication. I ended up back on meds when I got pregnant but even after the miscarriage my levels are still on the high side so still on meds. Also remember, if you do have a high reading and you know you have been good please know that lots of things can cause your sugar to fluctuate, such as infection, pain, being hot or cold and more. I currently have a urinary tract infection and last night my blood sugar level was 23.2 mmol/l. I think you measure in mg/dl so in mg/dl it was 417.6 mg/dl. It was that high because of this urinary tract infection so it's not always through eating the wrong things. If you need any more tips you can always email me. Hi Amy! I'm so sorry to hear about your new diagnosis Hun. My parents are both type 2 and my brother and I are both borderline. I would love to know what you learn on this journey and the changes you make. (I need to do the same) I'm excited to share the new planner journey with you too! God will see you through this Sweetie :) So glad to hear Kevin is better too! My brother was hospitalized with pneumonia 2 weeks ago, scary stuff! He's doing better now as well, praise God! I'm soooo excited because I finally got a Happy planner :) I am looking forward to getting more organized and crafty this new year.
