I live the Member for North Herefordshire. She speaks for so many. Too many Labour and Conservative governments just want to demonise me as an immigrant who fought with UK military and suffers from physical sight impairments as a result. I get offered work but sadly since I cannot drive I cannot make the shift times and local transport is designed purely for elderly shoppers between 0930 and 1800 not people who have medical driving bans who want to work.

Thank you so much to these four principled people who, despite knowing what an iniquitous institution the monarchy is, are able to compromise for the sake of the representation they give to their electorate, and take this oath. Many people watching this will be unaware of how difficult it is take this oath whilst wanting to do away with the monarchy by democratic means. Being radical with no means of bringing about change is like p*sing in the wind: working within the system to bring about change ( eg quadrupling their representation in Parliament) takes guts and determination - and faith in humanity that citizens hitherto blinded by vested interests to retain the (tory/Labour) status quo, will see the means of preserving our fragile ecosphere and as an added bonus live in a supportive society.

Please green party, if you read this do whatever you can in parliment to ensure a swift abolishment of this archaic insitituion. There is so much poverty everywhere theres no reason to spend so much tax on a single family to live a luxurious lifestyle. We need you to do whatever it takes.

We were actually really pleased with the result! We got all 4 target seats, exceeding our expectations, and came strong seconds in 39 seats. We also got a record vote share. We feel we did very well, especially considering the problem of tactical voting.
@@sammanneh3714 just because something is traditional does not mean it's morally right to uphold. This in particular is the result of brainwashing so it's not really a tradition. It's colonial power trips.
I think we need to take small steps . Step 1 ...stop the need for this pledge of allegiance as it disenfranchises the likes of Sinn Fein so is blatantly undemocratic
