Hi mate looking to get into pre 65 trials im in Carlisle Cumbria wondered if you knew best place to find local ish trials that i could come and see cheers
@@WR-ex5fr hi there. Well this is a good place to start northerncentreacu.co.uk/news/ . I would say Cumberland club can cater for that. Also down in north Lancs the Red Rose club is good. Good luck 🤞
Hello from Sweden. Know practically nothing about trial. Last week happened to buy a -67 B44 engine fitted in a modified -68 Husqvarna chassis, built in Sweden in -68. Came with number plates #118 said to be from Scottish 6 days. At 105 kg (230 lbs) wet, quite decent. Running but some minor things to fix before going out in the woods. Anybody able to shed some light on its history?
@@Mike40M interesting story! Interesting thanks. There are some videos of the Pre65 Scottish that might have some followers that know. Some useful facebook forums too. Good luck. Phil
I’m trying my best not to go back to trials riding. This video hasn’t helped, I’m getting the twitch. Lovely conditions, great video and some wonderful older bikes.🎉🎉
5 minutes 47 seconds + rider #134 white tank bike which is a Butler and I was the first owner of it in September 1964 almost 60 years ago. The rider is Tristan Robinson. It was so nice to see it.
The older bikes are real works of art, they have so much more character than plastic covered modern machines today in my opinion. And it's a testament to how well they were made back then to still be able to compete off road 60 years late, and they sound pretty awsome too! Well done lads ✌🏽👍🏼
Thankyou for the videos, really enjoyed and appreciate your hard work,, I'm hoping to get to Scotland next year to see it live but your content has been the next best thing 👏👏
Great footage of what is a very local trial to myself . 40 years since I slung a leg over a trials bike but everybody loves a comeback tour . So I hope to be Playing out very soon .
Another great video thank you, for those of us who couldn't make it up there you gave us the next best thing,, well done to you and all the competitors 👏👏
@@Adam-oi7kq oh thanks sorry I understand now. I think that the answer varies year on year depending on the route but I’m sure if you enter the organisers will share the information. Good luck 🤞
Thanks, Phil, for posting these videos, Its awesome to feel so close to the action at the SSDT. Great job . I look forward to watching your videos from the rest of this weeks SSDT .
