@@BeanTurtle977_YT the only problem i got is, i set my thrust to w and s, but i cannot pitch up and down so i was thinking if i should go back to common if pitching is very important
Thanks for your videos! These are very helpful and keep up the good work. However, I would like to say that it would be awesome if you could describe the strategy in such an A-10 game, how do you go about doing all this? You are halfway there when all bases are destroyed, lots of fighters are hungting specifically for the A-10s and by the time bases are respawned you are most probably dead.
It is rare now to get games like that, ESPECIALLY during an event, since everyone is ruthlessly trying to get score for their tasks. A year ago, I’d get a game like that once every 3 games or so, but not so much now. I’ve recently taken out my a10 and I haven’t had much fun to be honest. The few games that have been good often end before I can do too much.
If you change the pre game setting for “bomb series” I think to 6, it’s instant so long as you aren’t going too fast. You will need to bind that in keybinds. Too fast is like Mach 1.05 I think and if you’re going over that speed, it won’t let you drop them.
Its 11.0 now. So you wont fight F14s. You might get F4s every now and then. But im using the F4S and this Tornado honestly beats me to bases when I get a downtier. All you need is 5 1K bombs and you will get 1 base. Drop another 5 on another base and you get 2. For the last 2 bombs drop them on a third base or on 2 ground targets.
@BeanTurtle977_YT little history for you. It came out in June 2023. I bought it for myself as a early birthday gift since my birthday is in June. I grinded all 3 F16s, the first F15 (second wasn't out yet obviously lol) and both F14s honestly within a week. Maybe exactly 7 days. I aced it completely free. No GE for ace. It's fantastic. It honestly is. You can load 11 1k bombs so you can get 2 bases, but no gun pod. And 4 AIM 7Ms. Get 2 bases, turn around and get a kill or 2. People say it can't turn and that's a lie. It honestly can. Radar is definitely good. You feel it.
Didnt help, every match i go in im immediately targeted and killed using the a-10. I dont reccomend buying this to grind unless you somehow get a good match
It’s definitely something that takes getting used to. Usually it’s Mig21s that hunt me when I play the a10 so I just start looking for them after about 3 or 4 minutes. They don’t expect you to be aware so ironically I often catch them off guard.
Some tipps that i can give to make it really simple: The normal combat range you will face is around 400 meters, so aiming at this distance will mostly land a hit normal sniping ranges from 700m to 800m close combat, in citys for example, the normal combat range is 200m of course there are even bigger maps that allow ranges over 1000m but these are rare. But these 3 ranges will mostly do the job. especially if you have a long barreld tank that has only a small drop
Great tutorial, thanks! I actually made a little piece of python code that I have on my second monitor for indirect fire with the Sheridan and drone. It calculates the distance when I give it the lenght of one grid square and the amount of grid the ping is from me horizontally and vertically. It might actually be against tos or something but propably won't get banned for it lol 🤞

Also true and great, but it’s a bit harder if you don’t know German, Russian, Swedish, etc. I think you can turn off nation voices in settings, however.

I was doing ground, and it felt like I was popping way more chaff than I thought I looked over to the count it was 634 around those lines feel like someone at gajin press 0 one too many times 💀 I don't if the actual Tornado had this many counter measures, I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
@@BeanTurtle977_YT how about faster projectile velocity than a-10 30mm, and deleting others on head ones?? Cannons themselves are great, ammo count is the plane issue...
its an amazing bomber now, you see 30 to 40k rp a bunch of times but it does get quite annoying with all of the F4s players, they usually beat you to it or steal the base while youre dropping which usually forces you to go to the other more dangerous side. but yeah definitely playable outside of dogfights
It rolls awesome, turns very well with manual wing control and without bombs, radar is always off to not give away my position except I`m in a head-on and turn on ACM for the ballistic computer for the guns, which are pretty decent imo. Sure you´re heavy and slow with almost 6t bombload, but once you dropped them you´re fast enough to get away from 90% of the planes granted they had to turn in on you and lost some initial speed. I´ve used it to grind Rank 5, 6 and 7 within 270 matches and my experience was great for the most part. The latest br-changes were a good thing as well for any Tornado IDS player. The only downer is it becomes boring after some time to not be able to dogfight, but since I got the Mig-29 it felt absolutely worth the time spent. My best results in ARB on a sim-map were 73335xp and 354.495sl in 24 minutes (just premium account, no boost). Those numbers are much more than I expected when I bought it during sale.
Yea no. Cant turn, only 2 missiles, shit radar, slow speed, bad cannon, heavy asf. I have 800+ matches with this grinding the german tree and it has been a very shitty experience. Just buy the mig21 instead, its actually fun to play instead of the brain numbing activity of bombing bases
This this is better than some other jets in other TTs, especially ARB example A-7K can't even go mach let alone with any payloads and sits at 11.3 for 2 9Ls
For me i have mixed experiences with the tornado WTD. Most of the time there is the "base race" at this BR and seem like i never reach the base faster than the phantom F104 Kfir, even with min fuel and only 5 1000Lbs bomb and i only get the leftover. For me i prefer just to talisman the F4F and grind it's much easier, but then again you can't research all ranks with the F4F.
The f4e is one of my favorite jets and I used it in part to grind for my f15 I think. It’s a great plane, the premium bonuses just make it a bit faster. Also lower repair costs.
i just started spading the A10 late. why on earth anyone would buy this for air rb grinding i have no idea. probably the worst grind experience ive had in a long time
That’s how I felt at first. The a10 early does have a slightly better match maker, but not really. It’s the few games that let you get to the map to destroy bases and ground targets that are worth it. I’ve gotten almost 200k SL games with the A10 but those are rare.
@@BeanTurtle977_YT kinda same. I baught the a10 Premium cause im to lazs to grind that years long tech tree and i dare to say that it maby was the best bought in my whole gaming time. Its such a cool aircraft to fly. The rocktes sometimes hit teammates if they get I the way bit at 3 Kilometers they should destroy any target and the minigun just does it.
so you think should i buy premium tank or just buy premium and grind using stock tank? i only can play longer on saturday and sunday other just busy working btw nice video
I thought that was a super weird change bc what does it do that puts it on par with the F5E? I know that they do it for the missiles, but that is not a good reason.
I remember A10 when it was first released. I think I got it like a month after the release for $60. The 9L were cracked back then. If you launch one rear aspect within 2 km, it's sure kill. They can try to flares all day long, and it would track (pre nerf by fov). It was carrying my aim. I could get 1 kill or 2 sometimes from 9L even though my aim was total turd. Grinded basically the whole US tree on that thing
