It’s such a shame. I’ve played competitive magic, been legend in hearthstone, played yugioh and Pokémon as a kid. Heck, I’ve even played Legend of the 5 rings (also underrated). And for me, LoR is hands down the best online card game experience. It’s really sad it didn’t caught up…
Underated take, i made this video to try to do my part and help save lor since its soo goood not only design wise but aesthetically as well. Such a shame that for some reason pve is the main focus of lor. Killed the game for me and now im back in heartstone playing arenas wich let me remind you lor had a version of arena called expeditions wich they removed like 3 years ago for some fck all reason
I mean things did change and they changed their focus to path of champions, that being said i still think lor is the best card game out there, all though i wish there was a draft mode ( like hearstone in arena )
bad unbalanced game, its very stingy with weekly rewards and the 'Rewards' progression system gives tiny progress towards ur deck and u may not even get a single champion you want from completing a region. f2p players can expect it to take a month or more to build a new deck and p2p players can expect to spend thousands of dollars.
This is 100 % inaccurate, you may have an opinion but as someone who spent over 500 hours on lor i can garentie thats not been my experience at all. Also riot basicaly went broke cause u could have all the cards in the game for free .
@thebaconboy i bet u have spent hundreds of dollars on the game, so how would you know, also if you look at the deck winrates all the meta standard decks have 60%+ winrates, a balnced pvp game shouldn't allow winrates of 51%
Riot only do good at the media. All the kpop, the film (which is not that good ?) idk understand riot fan anymore. The game is shit. They all know. They all play.

I mean this is tier list was based on my opinion and of course you can differ. That being said this video was made a week after the games release so i hadnt had the most time with all of the champions
i think its in really bad faith to say that new players FIRST EXPERIENCE should be to pick their character out the gate and make a build. that puts a lot more pressure on people if they think they need to know how to do that before playing the game yet. The experience should be to browse around the characters for a sec, see what looks good, then hop in a Rush match and have fun
I agree its a bit tougher for new players to make build and yea it does hurt to try the caracter before but if you red the build you will have a playstyle more suited for you if you prefer stamina regen or more damage for example. Also you will read all abilities and builds option so understand the hero more

I forgot to mention the game is def worth the 20 $ for me, but its a lot better with friends that for sure ! Also be careful of your stamina, dont waste it jumping around or running for no reason during a fight or it will leave and you wont have any for when u need it ! Good luck gamer
