There are a lot of mantras for each nitya. The one I shared is a simple invocation one. There are also bija mantras for each nityas, mantras for their yogini form, gayatri mantras and I'm sure even more other types that I don't even I know of. This is the one I feel most comfortable sharing. But if you have one you are working with already that's great.
She doesn't have anything to do with the country Ghana specifically. Her name just is pronounced like the country. Her name comes from Sanskrit. There are a lot of sounds that are the same in many languages because we are all human and make similar sounds. She can be seen from Ghana or her night.

Bherunda doesn't seem like a desire maker who would have the flowered arrows or the sugarcane bow, but it's all pretty new to me.

Why talking so fast?? I really like the idea of Yoga Nidra to strengthen my trust, self esteem and confidence, but as you are speaking so fast and going through the body so fast I am so sorry but I lost track🥴..... but still came into a nice relaxed empty space👍😊.
That's the yoga nidra technique for the body scan. You go through at an up tempo so the mind won't wander. If you don't like my technique please try someone elses. I am sure there is a yoga nidra for you.
