Unless you get paid more per package delivery its not worth it to increase your pace. The faster you work the more you get. No mention about the itinerary sending you all over the place.
yesterday i had 154 stops in mount pocono. i started half an hour late because of a traffic detour. typically it takes 1 hour to get to my first stop since my dsp is located in new jersey. my start time was 1:05 and i finished at 5:50 with my lunch break. drove an hour back got gas and drove the truck back to the lot. finished at 7:25
I'm a delivery associate as well. That load out 20 minute time frame is bullshit! And sometimes the warehouse associates are rushing the drivers. It would be easier if amazon had warehouse associates assist the drivers with loading...
You just look on the map and shows all your stops and sometimes you’ll be driving towards #1 stop and you see on the map that # 18 is closer so you just skip all the rest on your phone and do #18 stop first then go back on your phone and start #1 What I do if the route is spread out I do the route backwards start from farthest then come back but have to watch the times on each drop some want sooner and you might be late WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER
Isnt the rivian quiet large? but yea thats just one video. I have got more than 40 overflow already and more than 22 as well. sometimes its not the quantity but the difficulty
Math for no reason lol I do 190-200 stops everyday lol it's all about your speed if you want to make money then walk and chill :) or if you don't then run and finish faster which I DO THAT then i like to rescue and I make around 700 dollars a week for working 5 days a week :) 10-14 hrs a day of work for 5 days
I ended up canceling my late order and wanting to get a refund since it was delayed 4 separate times. What does it usually mean if a package has stayed at the distribution center for an entire day when it was supposed to be shipped?
It can mean something is wrong with the package. Happened to me where it’s at the center and it doesn’t ship till the next day or two. I’d advise you cancel the package and reorder it. Sometimes that works
It means it’s lost forever and you’re totally doomed……..there’s no hope on you ever receiving it, especially because it’s still at the station……..station……station….station …….
@@martinlopezjr7585 I just got the same model for less during a Hobby Lobby sale. I think what happened, was that the package was lost or damaged and they couldn’t do anything because it was currently out of stock. I pre-ordered a restock of a Gundam kit and they were soon out of stock after it finally shipped, so they couldn’t really do anything.
Yea everyone is different. You might be a conversationalist but that’s not everyone personality. To each his own. Keep doing what you doing and thanks for watching
@@DrivewithJo I agree 100%. It’s all perspective. I made $340 last night driving by converting the rides and drove a total of 101 miles with 3.5 hours of work. I’m sure he did a lot more for that $500. $500
@@Tru-Transportation that’s actually good too. And the thing is it’s just a side job for me. So I don’t have much flexibility as full timers but it can be a great way to make additional income. Happy for you man. Keep grinding
Whats wrpng with that? customers have no problem so why do you. speak for yourself, i walk across lawns while they watched and said nothing, Thanks for watching
When that geofence is tweakin..throw the phone in airplane mode and manually move the pin to your location, then turn airplane mode off. You are welcome!
Thanks Jo. Organization videos are hard to find. I had my first delivery day and I was very unorganized because I didn't understand the driver aid numbers. Oh, and my van had no shelves. I was working straight out of the totes. Thanks again. Very helpful.
One thing I hate about it is scanning the packages. The scanner in the app is very sensitive and can confuse you whether you scan it already or not. Another thing I wish you could scan it one time and it will tell you the stop number. Instead of having you scan all of them first and then have to scan all of them over again to find out what stop # there in..
Hello and nice to know your youtube channel. It's very helpful for newbies like me. I applied and waited for their approval. I have a question, my English is quite bad. Can I do this job? Thank you
I seriously miss this job unfortunately my Dsp's Contract was terminated and the other Dsp's at my station didn't have any available positions, if i get another chance I'm definitely going to Hop back on a van and smash some more routes and deliver more smiles on the blu mile
You really showed the full experience bro great video. Quick question, is it true that step van drivers get a dollar more than the cargo van drivers? Heard about it from a coworker but not sure
