If memory serves, you have to find 3 of the same kind. Then head to the weapon guy, I think, and Upgrade on the weapon you're looking to upgrade (memory again on how thos works. If not at the vendor, maybe it's a menu option in the weapon section- but I'm almost positive you have to go to the weapon guy). Make sure to have all 3 in your personal inventory when you go to him, I don't know that it woukd pull them from your stash.

Are you trying to log into RU-vid in Black Hole Pool or in a different game? Every so often I pop in there to re-sign in, and finding an option which gives me the "right" prompt can get tricky. That's why I show all the places to try. But I do wonder if eventually all methods will fail. Assuming you're in Black Hole Pool, I'll load it up today and see if Ican get in. If it's a different app or game you're trying, let me know which it is, and if I have the app, I'll hop in and try. As to the bit about trying to use the iPad, I'm not sure where in the process you are with that? Are you meaning the 2-factor authentication process? Sorry for the questions, just trying to understand so I can try to help 😊 I do note your issue of Account Not Found, so last question is, are you able to log in with the account on other devices? Was this where the iPad came into play in that you can't get your account to be recognized on your iPad? If so, I'm not sure I can help as I don't have Apple products to try with. I think it will be! Still waffling on Only Touch controllers or Xbox controller and Touch. I think I'll need the xbox controller setup if combat is involved. When I tested it, it isn't feasible to plant your feet to access X and Y and the left thumbstick is movement. But might try just the Quest controllers for flight and discovery. The handtracking is novel, but having just figured out how to go in solely with the Touch controllers, I prefer them to the xbox controller and hand tracking. My colors may be a bit too saturated - I notice this is thr playback more than in game, so may try lowering that and the contrast - as long as I can still see well enough in the game. And I could lower the text size a tad, but I do need it to be pretty huge. I'm just happy to be able to play thanks to Virtual Desktop, Console support, TheKephas, et al. I managed to fully zoom in on the new chatacter I made in the obnoxiously long video I made. It took me an equally obnoxiously long time to figure out how to control zooming in and out. I'm finding it depends on where I am and lighting as to whether being zoomed in is better for me, if your question is asking in regards to my vision issues. If asking due to the game being played in a VR headset, I suppose I'm not going for deepest immersion possible at all times, but rather priority of playability. If you have an IR light, you can yes. There is minimal, and I do mean minimal, tracking in zero light. The IR light I use is about palm- sized in diameter for use in a bedroom-sized room. If you're looking to be in a garage or outside with insufficient light, you may need a bigger light, or more than one small light. I point it a little toward the ceiling, not directly up, to allow the light to bounce off of the ceiling and walls. The only light you'd see outside of the headset would just be on the light fixture itself- no beams or anything. Inside the headset in pass-through, at least on the Quest 2 (which this video references) would display everything in night-vision type light. I should note here that either the Q2 ringed controllers or the Pros would behave the same. In other words, you don't need Pro controllers to use the Quest in a blackout room as long as you have an IR light. Fast action and/or competitive multi-player games will always track better with good lighting. I hope this helped answer your question. Thank you for asking! -Z

​@Mogalize Hello again. I loaded up Demeo Battles and saw I had indeed played the first scenario with the Rat Infestation, where it's locked still for you, even though you played both tutorials. I do have the original Demeo, so on the first prompt asking if I'd played Demeo before, I said Yes and it automatically completed Tutorial 1. I played through Tutorial 2 as seen in this video. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if I could reset those completions, but not surprisingly, I could not. That all said, I can only think of a couple things to check: First, are you on a Demo version by any chance? If your Library indicates Purchased, then this should be all as it is supposed to be. Or, if you go to the Store, looking up Demeo Battles, it should say Play or Launch where the Get or Purchase button is. I don't even know if a Demo version exists, but maybe check your Uninstalled and make sure a version isn't listed there. The full versions of games, I've noticed, are separate installs from Demo versions. A sub-element to this is are you the only player on your headset? Is this a shared app, if you are not the only profile? I don't know if this app allows for 1 purchase and all profiles can play it, or if each profile needs to purchase it. Secondly, if you click the Book icon on the game panel where you select Single Player or Multiplayer, or Quick Match, there is a Tutorial option. If you click it, does the game indicate a Check Mark in each of the two Tutorial thumbnails? If not, repeat the one missing a check mark. I reckon it's a good idea to also double check that your Demeo Battles app is updated. You can check your Updates tab or check the Store listing to confirm that. I did notice in Settings an option section to choose a Version. My only listing there was the Live version because, I assume, I'm not a tester for the game- if I was, I'm guessing I'd have the option to play a test version. I doubt this pertains to you, or most people. But a sanity check that you're in a Live environment can be had by checking that. I'm sorry I can't think of anything else to try. You might try contacting the Devs at Revolution Games. If it were me, I'd probably make first contact via the Review section on the Store page. Leave a short review stating you completed the Tutorial, have both check marks saying they were finished and that the first Rat map is locked and inaccessible. They absolutely should respond as Ratings are a high priority and they want positive reviews there. Either a Dev will reply or a page moderator will and give instructions on how to contact the devs. Just do please remember to update your rating after the issue is fixed, if it is. Best of luck! Many of the boxes that don't expand do Show up in a recording, so while time consuming, a work around can be recording and then uploading it to RU-vid (Unlisted works if you don't want it Public, then choose Manage Videos to be able to view it from your channel, or send yourself a link to it) where you can then pause the screen and zoom in. Then go back and deal with trying to click where you are instructed to. I miss most alerts due to text boxes being too small. I remain hopeful that they'll get a TalkBack feature, or Narrator, working. Last I tried, even with Amaze installed to try to get it working, it wasn't able to access what it needed to operate. I've noticed it bounce in and out of existence, and it didn't always stick. I'm guessing it's still a work in progress for some reason, and why they never really announced it. Here's to hoping they figure it out for good sooner versus later.

I might still have Unlisted videos from that play as I was hoping to catch the vr skill tree (odd I know, but I can zoom in on the replay). I will look to see if I happened to catch settings. Each time I hopped a system I was having to start from scratch, so maybe I hit something magic on that bit? I'll check to see if I can dig anything out.

Hi again. Before digging into my Unlisted stuff, I thought to check my Low Vision playlist, and from my time in PlutoSphere, I did make a video aimed at low vision gamers. This means I went through all my settings that might help low vision gamers like myself. If nothing else, the settings screens will be shown, but may require a pause of the video to see what we're looking for. I'm hoping, as I haven't rewatched it yet, that I also note the controller scheme I used as that made the reticule spot on. I am almost certain I was using controller grips by then- the grips changed the angle of my grip and I seem to recall I needed to adjust. I don't know if this will have the info we want, but if it's anywhere, it'll be in there. It appears just at first glance that I chose the No Minimap option only, not No HUD and the useless tiny active quest floated off to the right. It's possible I never noticed it, or just didn't find it too annoying to deal with. The reticule not being centered was a much bigger deal.... Sorry, 3 am here just about and I'm rambling now. I have the Q2 and Q3, and both required me to head into .... gosh it's been a minute- but I am pretty sure it was Steam settings to grab a custom controller set up. I believe I pressed the left oculus button to pull up that menu. It sets for just the game you choose (bl2). Not all have great descriptions on what they correct, but I want to say it mentioned correcting steering? I can check tomorrow for which I selected. You're the second comment regarding this in the last couple weeks. Reckon it's time for an update :) If one doesn't fix it, try another for Oculus. It's a pita but once you get the one you want, it feels MUCH better

Also, as you can likely tell, I disabled the minimap and my own hp bar here. Mainly because I have very bad vision and can't really see them anyway. So for that it was the BL2 VR setting menu. I

@@TheZenaxa I think my question wasn't clear. I just got BL2VR, everything is fine except the HUD, seems like a known issue that modern visors have problems displaying HP bar shield and ammo correctly, as if its shifted to the right and parts of it carries over like in a word document (I'm sure if you look for some gameplay you can quickly understand my issue, for example the slow motion icon of claptrap is divided in 2 and part of it is on the right and on the left). I've tried ReVive but didnt work, PlutoSphere but its no longer supported, messing with the .ini file like I read on forums but nothing. I'm a bl2 veteran so I could play without HUD at all and it looks nice, but knowing my ammo and hp would be nice if I intend to go to late game. So to wrap it up, my HUD is broken and yours look fine while we have the same visor, so did you do anything to get it right? I'm finding lots and lots of forums of people with the same issue, so if someone manages to fix it it would bring a lot of views imo. sorry for the paragraph, thanks in advance

I've not used the htc vive, but am I correct in thinking it's the pcvr headset that uses the exterior bay stations? If so, it may not be ... yet? I suppose it depends on if being wireless outweighs the improved performance you get from having a pc running your games. And you've already invested so much in getting all the equipment set up, it's right to question if a move is right, imo. For me is it worth it? Yes, for me either the Q2 or Q3 are worth it for the cost of entry. But for someone who already has the Vive, I'm not sure, I'm sorry I don't know. I'm sure other creator's have made comparisons, though. Cas and Chari is a channel I trust for tech spec opinions when it comes to VR. Cas is very knowledgeable in the tech space, and VR especially. I'd check there :) Best of luck in your decision!

@@TheZenaxa how is it with coontrols while playing on the quest 3 borderlands 2 vr

On my network, which is laptop connected via ethernet cable to router, but otherwise standalone, I noticed no latency to speak of. I had to find a good custom configuration last time I played to have a comfortable controller mapping setup. Other than that, they were great. Once the initial tinkering is over, settings, controller mapping, yadda yadda, was a really fun experience! The Bullymongs - WOW! HUGE. I have too many projects in the works - I want to play more BL2 VR, it's such a great game! I haven't tried Steam Link with it since it became a thing, but I really should to see if it is even better than Virtual Desktop. OH! And I do highly recommend grips if you're a grenade tosser (I love explosions!).

Turning in the quests did it for me rather than just grinding mobs, but if grinding is your thing, make sure to hit up the higher leveled areas. Your level or a bit higher. I didn't do the treasure maps or metal detector stuff, but will do to gain exp when I get back in - I need to explore the winter zone more! :)
