Wellbeing begins in the places where we live and work each day-our homes, schools and neighborhoods. That’s why Children’s Mercy is working to find new and innovative ways to improve the lives of children and families in the Kansas City area and throughout the many communities we serve.
Because we believe that every child deserves more. More ways to stay healthy. More life-changing research. And more solutions for everyday challenges. As a non-profit health care system, Children’s Mercy invests our resources and expertise into helping children be healthier and safer in all aspects of their daily lives. In partnership with community organizations, local leaders and families like yours, we can clear new paths for every child’s potential.
How's Leah doing now after her heart transplant? My niece had the same condition back in the 80s but at that time they didn't know how to fix it Mandy was on the cutting edge of this procedure.
Saludo .
I ❤❤ when they do show episodes of childs passing away, because its REAL, it happens everyday. Kids arent immune to death and it needs to be shown more and not hidden because its considered a stigma in society!
The delusion of religion as emotional comfort is laid out here for all to see. Praying to a god to kill someone else's child in order to save yours is pathological at its core. And then to still think that a god is at work in the horrific suffering and death of a child and taking comfort in being reunited at death in a fantasy world is even more so. How exactly has your god "blessed" this child?
Hi! This is a great video, but I thought it was worth noting that deleting no kinds of histories will clear an algorithm. You can’t fix it. They need a new account.
An excellent video. I wish I had seen it before I had my first MRI as an adult. That was 22 years ago, by the way and I've had nearly forty MRIs since. All the best, kids.
My son was abused at this place by people who didn't care about him at all. I don't recommend this hospital to use. They know what they did to my son i am not going to play their mind games.
Hi! We are unable to provide medical advice via social media. At this time, our best recommendation is for you to contact our Pectus Center for more information at (816) 234-309 or visit our webpage here: www.childrensmercy.org/departments-and-clinics/center-for-pectus-excavatum-and-carinatum/
