Talking about money pit on this one..I'm fully expecting the next vid to be about rebuilding the transmission or engine..this is the kinda bike that keeps people from trying to do at all..Cheers..
Great video! Enjoyed evey bit of it.. made me curious tho, would be nice to see a estimated cost overvieuw for a rebuild like this! Keep up the great work!
Thank you. The chassis was welded by a professional aeronautic engineer with over 20 years experience in that field. I am very confident in the repair. The ZX6R is also used by a lot of stunt guys who cut the frame in half and weld in a steel frame. Those bikes go through a lot of abuse and they have no problems.
@@MIKESBUILDZ hey one last question , i took off the bumper out of the car no bumber on it, i took out all the front sensors but now i dont have no ac, is it true that there is ambient sensor in the bumper or in the frame that when not connected the ac doesnt work. Also a new radiator was installed on it. Thanks let me know
@thedarktangent9249 yeah the ambient temp sensor will affect the ac operation. I would start by making sure you have Freon in the ac system and when the ac is on, look at the ac clutch on the ac compressor and see if it’s engaging.
