I wanted to ask I have an artnet controller that is 12 ports, I did a patch and port one worked but from port 2-12 has no patch in them. Please how do I get the layer right?
Hi Aki, you need to add enough pixel according to led pixel light quantity and add enough universe according to controller port quantity. E.g, if each port need 4 universe, then you need to open 48 universe on software.
