The Japanese voice is much better , I wish these Japanese VA learn English. The Japanese VA for Anya was amazing in this anime , one of the main reason I love this anime
There were a "lot" of good moments. My favorite 2 moments are when Anya can't even see her cool daddy as "Bondman" anymore and calls him "Papa" again, and when she says she's going to do the best she can in school as they watch the fireworks. But all the great moments leading up to it made those 2 what they were. :) Thanks for reacting to this show.
Anime watchers: I ONLY WATCH IT IN JAPANESE DUB BECUZ THATS THE ORIGINAL. Me: No becuz due to certain timelines and settings the anime is in, they should be speaking the language that they are living in like Spy x Family should actually be speaking Deutsch (and i dont care if its japanese made animation, this should be common knowledge). Plus, sometimes the translation dont make sense to international fans. Also, some ppl may not feel like reading subtitles at times. In other words, WHO THE F*** CARES WHAT DUBBING WE WATCH ANYTHING NOWADAYS. IF IT MAKES PPL HAPPY, THEN SHUT UP!
When you said he (Deku) needs to hold him (Shigaraki) there and let you (Bakugo) shoot it seems you’re not understanding that Bakugo can’t do much damage to Shigaraki so that wouldn’t do anything and Deku would get caught in it too, since you know….they’re explosions. Bakugo shot Shikaragi with AP blasts earlier and it literally did nothing. Shigaraki basically said it tingles. So no Deku shouldn’t hold Shigaraki there and let Bakugo shoot because it wouldn’t do anything. Nobody can do any damage to him right now except Deku and Endeavor but Endeavor is overheated and Todoroki is trying to cool him down. No Todoroki can’t do it instantaneously, you don’t understand the temperature his flames and his body reaches. Also again though Deku would probably get caught in it. The most important thing is also NOBODY can KEEP Shigaraki in the air and off the ground (you want him off the ground so he doesn’t use decay again and everyone dies except a few who can fly). So Endeavor still can’t be the one to fight him because of that. You said that when Deku told Bakugo that he’s not gonna stop fighting Shigaraki because nobody else would be able to fight him in the air that Bakugo was “thinking” “Me”. No he wasn’t, Bakugo would not be able to KEEP Shigaraki in the air and prevent him from using decay. Also again Bakugo would not be able to really do any damage period but also not enough to overpower his healing because yes Shigaraki is healing it’s just not as fast as he should be because he wasn’t left to incubate for the entire time that he was supposed to so he’s not “complete” right now. Just wanted to clarify all of those misconceptions and misunderstandings. Also you need to relax on Rock lock, he’s not a bad hero and his quirk has a lot of potential. Both offensively and defensively and for capturing people. Especially dangerous individuals. Forgive him for not being able to move faster than a bullet while holding up Eraser Head. That’s not an easy thing to do especially when nobody knew he had a bullet until the very last second.
I think you guys are severely underestimating shigaraki’s strength. He flicked that bullet probably close to the speed of an actual bullet. Cut rocklock some slack for not being able to move faster than a bullet while holding Eraser Head up. Also his quirk is not trash. He can lock anything in place. It has a lot of potential for being an amazing offensive and defensive ability but also for capturing people especially extremely dangerous individuals.

The Nitric Acid part is not unrealistic because its not pure Nitric Acid thus it won't burn you. Its mixed with "Bat Guano", thats the whole reason why it took so long for senku and taiju to come out of their petrification and thats why senku sought out to make "Nitric Acid mixed with alcohol" or revival fluid/Nital.
They censored it here but in the manga Deku's Wyoming Smash, knock out Shiggy for like 2 seconds and Shattered his Jaw. The guy had a big gap on the left side and when Shiggy bit Deku, he was losing his theeth. I really hate that they censored that, that downplay Deku's strength and that doesn't show that at this moment Deku was on Endeavor mindset here he was ready to end him.

Twilight's backstory is in the manga. Now, with how the pacing of season 1, it would be late season 2 or left till season 3. If ya'll like manga, I recommend reading after you finish season 1.
@The Woodpile Reacts it is after the material that makes up season 1. Hence, the guess of what season it will be in. As much as I love the manga, for me, the anime has brought much more life to each character by adding little details or stretching the story a bit in places. I look forward every episode to see how they will adapt the 1 or 2 chapters it covers. Thus I don't get bothered with "spoiler material" because I want to see a different take on it.
Wish I could watch this reaction since I like your dynamic as a group, but alas I haven't seen Demon Slayer yet. The only demon-related anime I've seen is Chainsaw Man, and hey maybe one day you guys can give that a shot. Keep it up guys!
