Thanks a lot for uploading the great video, I have seen few videos the way you are fixing it , I have double hung windows the upper parts after closing it , does not stay up all the way after little while it drops down like 10-12 inches is it going to be the same method, any suggestion how could fix that any workable suggestion would much appreciated.
The communication has been incredibly disappointing-virtually nonexistent. I paid online, but no one reached out to schedule the installation. When I called, I was informed it would take four weeks. Those four weeks came and went without any updates. After multiple follow-up calls-at least five or six times-I still have no door installed and no communication from the company. The last time I called, I was told the door had arrived, but the person responsible was out for the week and would call when they returned. Another week has passed, and still no call. Window World, you need to do better. I’ll be sharing my experience in reviews, and I still don’t have the door I paid for in full nearly two months ago.
The parts on these windows are so incredibly cheaply made. I have a window with several broken parts. I'll call Window World on Monday, but I'm sure it will go the same way it went when my siding fell off my house. Not covered by the "lifetime warranty". For a long time I rented an apartment in another city for work, and even though everything in apartments is bottom dollar, the windows were better than these. And these were anything but cheap.
My window is completely stuck to the point it pulls the top window down. Bottom window will only budge a little bit. It's like their stuck on eachother. I dont know what to do :[
