Could you mention each movement's breathing sequence (inhaling and exhaling)? For example, while raising both legs vertically up, should we inhale or exhale.

In March, I faced a lot of stress and faced heavy hair fall Consequently, so after a month later, I started using liitllextrra coco ooonion hair oil and shampoo and their neem wood comb for detangling. It's been about nearly three and a half months now. I'm happy to say I've seen a noticeable decrease in hair fall. Once weekly, I apply oil, then use the shampoo, and wash using regular water, finally detangling with my trusty neem wood comb. These changes have really made a difference.

Beef or meat are not good for fighting cancer. I will suggest that you eat more fermented foods, garlic, whole grains, leafy greens, dark chocolate, Nuts, and fish, cruciferous vegetables, etc. I did not watch this video, so I don't remember which foods were listed in the list. Best of luck to you.

I've been doing this diet but I've been adding two scoops of the Man Shake protein powder with each serving off the oats and I can go longer without the snacks.
