I have been looking all over the net for the wash out plate chemical. Can anyone explain to me why my client is looking for plate wash out chemical? I see in the vid he use water and maybe soap? I have no idea what is in the tank. Anyone is currently supplying the wash out chemical, feel free to contact me via msg.
He didn't put it against a dry anilox. He specifically says he is mounting it in the doctor blade holder and assembly and then shows setting the blade pressure after ink is flood coating the anilox.

I've been doing it for two. Also same machines. Pretty cool job but i wear gloves and a respirator anytime I'm dealing with liquid poly or the wash tank.
