I've tried all but the Fire Department coffee, though I've tried other flavors of the FDC coffee brand. I've also tried 'Killer' coffee, 'Megaton' coffee, 'Shock' coffee and 'Red Goat' coffee, also listed on the Caffeine Informer site, which lists the top 18 "strongest" coffees in the world (supposedly). The Devil Mountain only woke me up for about 5 to 6 hours and then faded away. It's done nothing for me since then. My caffeine tolerance is just too high, lol.
Great video production man but I feel like we’re missing the forest for the trees here with caffeine, it’d be like using a good cut of steak primarily as an A1 sauce delivery method. Enjoy quality flavorful coffee for its own sake, there’s caffeine pills that are cheaper and better if you’re actually serious about chasing the dragon, but no need to settle for subpar coffee that’s been sat on a shelf for months. I’m not one of those cafe dweller hipster types, but nothing beats a fresh local roast vs a gimmick “WORLDS STRONGEST COFFEE DEATH VIKING BLACK BAG” cheap robusta cash grab
My current favorite is the limited edition Bisco (Biscochito) Burn made in conjunction with the Centennial Celebration of the Burning of Zozobra (Old Man Gloom) that kick off the annual Fiesta de Santa Fe !! I'm also drinking the Mexican Chocolate Coffee, and Piñon Fudge, Adobe Morning, and their Pumpkin Spice Coffee.
Thanks for your video. I really enjoyed the Mocha Caramel Latte Oreos, but was sad it was a limited edition. Java Chip seems to be a permanent flavor, but I guess (by sales) more people enjoyed the Java Chip more than the Mocha Caramel Latte variety. I wish you wife could have been part of this video, since it sounds like she likes cookies more than you do. I'd suggest making a coffee candy video, though it looks like you've slowed down (if not stopped) making videos, but who knows if there would be much interest for such a video. James Hoffmann did such a video within the past few months. I really enjoy 'United Coffee' candy, which seems the most well-balanced, but the sweeter 'Kopiko Coffee Candy' might be the most popular. I previously addicted several people to Kopiko, but they've all since kicked this habit. If you like something really bold, then try 'Kasugai Sumiyaki Roasted Coffee Hard Candy' made from charcoal-roasted coffee bean extract. For a coffee flavored chocolate variety you might enjoy Moonstruck 'Dark Chocolate Espresso' bar and Taza 'Coffee Chocolate' disc (with stone ground chocolate) -- or maybe Chocolat Café-Tasse's 'Assorted Santos', 'Dark chocolate family bar with Coffee from Kenya' or 'Milk chocolate family bar with Ethiopia Sidamo Coffee' or 'White chocolate family bar with coffee'.
I liked it quite a lot. It was smooth. Since I drink my coffee black, that is important to me. The price with shipping is high, so I have not bought more.
I recently bought two packs, one Freedom Roast and the other Just Black. Both taste exactly the same, and what's worse is that the taste just seems like Folger's, which my father has drank all his life. I find it basic. My only hope is that they're stale or something, cuz I bought them at some hardware store that probably had them their for months or longer in that weird shelf in front of their registers. Unlike Bass Pro and Dick's Sporting Goods
Compare Juan Valdez with these instant coffees shows how ignorant about Coffee someone could be . Maybe if you compare Juan Valdez instant coffee with Starbucks instant coffee could be more equalized🎉
This guy doesn’t have any clue of have to taste coffee. Real CATADORES or TASTERS of coffee rinsed their mouth three times before tasting the next one. Other wise happens the same as the other sense. The sense of the smelling. If you smell five perfumes like this, I mean in a row @ the end you’ll be confused.
Tnx for the review! I LOVE Breville but I think I will go with the Maestro on this one. It’s less expensive and most importantly (for me) a lot quieter.
It would make sense to get creative. If you like more cinnamon then add some powdered cinnamon or use a cinnamon stick as a swizzle. Diet tasting is better than no drink. I'm diabetic and cannot have evev diet Coke or Pepsi as their not good for the kidneys. Cannot enjoy real cider because of sugar content. So I love Alpine cider. And bless your lucky stars you have no kidney problems or diabetic who might someday have to enjoy products where you might have to taste a bit of the artificial sweetner. Good presentation.
Not good at ordering on amazon. Hard to find this kind of drink without sugar. Being diabetic Have found that Alpine makes a sugar free drink. I buy it in the envelope form. Like to add sugar free caramel syrup and stir. M M M M GOOD! My personal opinion but I'm just glad to be able to taste cider again!
Oil on the beans is only an indication of an over roasted coffee. The darker a coffee is roasted the more caffeine is lost in the roasting process. The darker the coffee is roasted, the shorter its shelf life. It will go stale much faster. This marketing gimmick is genius. These companies are pissing on us and calling it rain. They source inferior coffea canephora coffees, over roast them and sell them at a premium price higher than many premium 100% arabica coffees.
Ok, nice video compare on these 2 machines. The Keurig ought to be at least 2x as good as the Mainstay for their prices. I mean, really, a $20.00 machine vs a $100.00-ish machine. My question is: Does the Keurig make 5x as good a cup of coffee? I'd say that it sounds like the slight difference of taste does not warrant 5x the price difference.
The BEST instant coffee is the Bustelo instant packets that TASTE like a GREAT cup of coffee! I use this for mid-day but use Folgers instant daily otherwise, unless I am making a pot of drip sometimes.
