My passion is cooking. Cooking is creating friendships, relationships, inspiration, laughter, and most of all memories. Cooking is so many different things to many different people. When you taste that special dish it will transport you back in time to a unique memory. It might be a first date. It might be gathering around the family dinner table, as all the troubles of the day disappears. It could be traveling to a distant land, feeling the warm sun in your face. It could be the sweet smell of grandmothers famous desserts. On those warm summer nights; enjoying the company of some friends, as you converse around the barbecuer. Whatever the case many be, cooking is making memories. I am here to help you create breathtaking memories. Subscribe to my channel so that I can help you capture new and re-create old memories.
Irishman here. I LOVE THE CONCEPT!!! I would: Find a pan that fits your oven. Rub down with Kerry Gold butter & season to your personal liking not mine. Fill pan 3/4 of the way with your choice of Guinness products, can, bottle, direct from the tap is recommended! Place the pan covered with foil on middle rack and cook for 150 minutes at 340 degrees F. Check water levels, turn if you have the time. Remove foil, up temperature to 385 and crisp up top for that like that. I like to rub it with mustard and sea salt
I agree with the other commentary below what wattage is your air fryer? Because I did exactly what you said and mine was still very raw inside my air fryer is 1700 watts.
Perhaps let us know the wattage of your air fryer. At 1800 watts I ended up putting mine back in for 5 more minutes and even then some of the thicker parts were still on the raw side.
Omg bro I did some today with hickory chips little water in the tray just over an hour and a half 250 and it turned out amazing did couple sausage on a bun with salad and corn on the cob and will make a cracker and cheese platter also delicious
I actually found a 5lb ham for like $9 the other, I thought hmm that's a cheap way to make sammiches for work. Just needed to know how to cook it lol thanks for being direct and not drawing it out.

This is a great recipe... I only changed one thing. I added the bacon to thee soup when I pressured it ... because I would have eaten the bacon before it made it to the soup!!! Us dieters do not need heavy cream we just use the milk (I should try it when I loose the pounds)!!!
I tried this tonight in my air fryer but I’m afraid it didn’t work for me. I used about the same amounts as you, although probably less oil. The vegs were dried up and definitely not cooked through or tender. My Tefal a/f has long slots in the removable tray and some of the smaller pieces fell through into the bottom. The vegs were not juicy like they would be if I cooked them in a dish in a conventional oven. Overall very disappointed. Where am I going wrong please? Perhaps I would get a better result if I used a basket liner to keep some moisture for the vegs ??
