Was doing the tricep bomb one and reverse grip tricep pull. Not married to these movements so will change accordingly. Thank you for the continued useful content.
It’s really funny. I don’t work out or give a shit about fitness. I came across all these investigative videos exposing vshred and have gone way down the rabbit hole. Now with that being said, I have no idea who you are but it seems a little disingenuous to bash someone’s supplements on the same video that you are peddling your own supplements in the comment section.
Interesting. When I hear women love Dad Bods I am like really?? considering a Dad Bod is a Poster Child Look for someone at very high risk of cardiometabolic issues incliding Type 2 Diabetes, Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, High Blood Pressure, etc.,
So funny to see so many at the gym destroying there shoulders because of to heavy weights 😂 Shoulders CANT lift more than 10 kg. If so you are NOT using the shoulders but your (neck, back muscles)😂
I got a load of different preworkout samples from The Arnold Classic. Tried them all, and I can't say that ANY of them made an obvious difference to my workouts beyond a possible placebo/caffeine effect. A far cheaper and healthier option is to drink black cold-brewed coffee. Cold brewing extracts far more caffeine out of the coffee beans (and it tastes much better when done right).
Shit I just discovered this video after dropping 200 on a nutrition bulk store. I know one of the products had the extra aminos. Can I just amend this by taking an extra half scoop or so. I did dodge the creatin in the protein powder. It's in the pre workout haha.
I'm on the recovery end of perhaps the worst flu I've ever had. I thought about going today but I think I'm glad I saw this video. Gonna take a few more days off.
4:12 I see this all the time in the gym where I train. Very annoying I must say. And also using their mobile phones. So I always has to ask how long they need to use the machine or bench.
I think i slept 4.5-5 hours last night, and have a 10 hour shift to do. depending on how i feel, if i feel the same ill hit the gym after. Dont drink monster at njght even for a workot
This was purely informative for someone who is new to hypertrophy centered workouts. Most tips were obvious, but i still love supersets and compounds to save time, work stamina and cardio because im a kickboxer not a bodybuilder. I don't horde equiptment though! If you are a weightlifting expert, please have mercy on newbs. Its a learning process
I overheard a personal trainer telling a woman in the gym she has to have protein (in the form of a shake, preferably) within 20 minutes to an hour after a workout. Was that because at one time it was believed to be more efficient or is it just a common misunderstanding?
"cut through the BS" is that even possible in 2024? Everybody's full of shit. Your parents, your teachers, your friends, the politicians, your pastor, you too, oh I meant You Tube
There happens to be a very good reason for all the different types of creatine -- nobody will ever notice a VALID difference between them and monohydrate. That's because everybody thinks the researchers on monohydrate bought their monohydrate from consumer outlets, when in fact they used only pharma grade. Real easy to tell the difference, just by looking at what it does in water.
Lat pull downs in front target the lats. Behind neck target traps and shoulders... keep the weights light for behind neck, go slow, use the stretch. Two different exercises. I use both in front and behind neck on different days.
You need to do a reaction video to one of jason blahas vids. He's currently stating people should aim to gain 1lb per month of weight ...I think the numbers here would be too tight
10:59 life in prison for not racking weights is a bit much lol. Give them a few months in big boy prison and let them try that in the gym there, see if they don’t learn how to conduct themselves better 😂
Yeah Im going to keep stretching. No matter how much Im starting to hear otherwise being flexible is a good thing for just so many reasons. You know who did a ton of stretching? Tom Brady. With resistance bands and all sorts of supposedly silly routines. Played top level into his mid 40s. Never got hurt after he tore his ACL in 09 and started his stretching routine. (And stopped eating nightshades of course. Lol) Then again I stretch and swim and even occasionally do Pilates and my back never hurts, my knees never hurt, Ive never hurt myself on a lift, so what do I know?
