I've looked at several of your recent listings and have a few suggestions: PEOPLE LIKE TO KNOW THE PRICE IN THE "MORE" AREA LOCATION. WE DON'T WANT YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND GET THE PRICE! HOWEVER IF THE PRICE IS IN THE DESCRIPTION AREA AND WITHIN A PERSON'S PRICE RANGE, YOUR CHANGE OF GETTING A CALL IS AT LEAST 90% A LOT OF TIME CAN BE SPENT PLAYING PHONE TAG BECAUSE OF HAVING TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THEIR NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL THEM BACK. BETTER VIDEOS, MAYBE WITH A QUICK WALK THROUGH OF THE HOUSE YOU DEFINITELY NEED LONGER THAN 1 1/2 TO 2 MINUTES VIDEOS BUT NOT OVER 5-7 MINUTES. IF YOU WOULD PROVIDE THE PRICE AND SAVE US THE PHONE CALL, YOU'D GET MORE SUBSCRIBERS AND COMMENTS. MAYBE YOU SHOULD LOOK AT THE CHANNELS OF REALTORS WHO HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF SUBSCRIBERS AND COMMENTS. APPARENTLY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW LISTING REAL ESTATE WORKS ON RU-vid. I HAD MULTIPLE OF YOUR LISTING IN MY "PLAY NEXT QUE" BUT HAVE DELETED ALL OF THEM. THIS WILL PROBABLY BE YOUR ONLY COMMENT ON YOUR VIDEOS UNTIL YOU MAKE IT EASY FOR US BY GIVING THE PRICE INSTEAD OF YOUR PHONE NUMBER!
Not having a Costco is not a huge selling point. We live in rural northwest florida and we're literally 30min from anywhere. I'm pretty sure the reason nobody lives there is because there's no jobs or money. So unless you're rich or retired you just live in poverty
Another reason not to move to Northern Georgia is it’s 91% white people / not very diverse. From my personal experiences, there are a lot of prejudices

Do you know why views are not coming even after publishing a lot of videos? Because your videos are not SEO done. Without actually doing SEO, your videos are not generating enough views.
