Indians ki aaj bhi respect nhi hai. Only thing is due to fear of being called racist, people behave modestly. In west, a sharp change has come in peoples' behaviour that they stopped insulting you for your race, ethnicity and location "at your face". They still do it behind the bavk though. 😂

We leased our 80k sft stand alone property to Future group. We had a term loan to make it build to suit for them. They paid rent irregular and our account was classified as NPA. The property was auctioned and their sister concern purchased. To get this deal in favour of them, banker violated many rules of SARFAESI act. They purchased 49k sft out of a total 80k sft but stopped paying rent for the balance area. We had to pay service tax even though we didn't get any rent. Recently they handed over the entire building to Reliance Smart without legal rights. We brought to the notice of higher level of Reliance Retail but there's no response. We are 10 families own that 30k sft.
