I've never seen Wicked, only knew vaguely about it but this trailer had me crying. So impressive! So emotional! Looks like it will be an awesome film! Btw have you seen the Lego version of this trailer?
I balled through the entire thing too! I’ve never been so excited for a movie! I love the fact that they made Elphaba a black woman aka the one and only Cynthia, because I believe this will make so many people feel seen and heard because of their/our differences! Thank you for your reaction, it made me cry all over again!
@@seanrstephens yes I agree 100%! I wish we all could see this movie together, how epic would that be? To have all of the true, authentic, major Wicked fans in one place!
I was in middle school, maybe younger, when I discovered Wicked, specifically the original cast album. I never had the opportunity to see the show anywhere. That means this movie will be my first Wicked show 💚 I might cry 😅
Awww!!! I feel you. I grew up in the middle of nowhere South Carolina so movie musicals were sometimes the only accessible options. I’m happy you’ll get to experience the magic!!
Hi. My name is Ryan, you are too cute and I can’t wait to see this over and over again. I’m single, love Wicked, and would hold your hand through the whole movie(s). Haha
Never seen the Wicked on Broadway or even read the book but I was a huge fan of The Wizard of Oz. From the movie, yellow-bricked road to the ruby red slippers I had as a kid. I'm excited for this movie and I hope it does well at the box office. In case if you didn't know, this is part one of Wicked. I think part two will be released next year
I live in NYC, and saw Wicked with Stephanie J Block and Annaleigh Ashford back in 2007 I think? I’m glad I’m not the only one who weeped throughout this trailer! As someone who LOVES the book, the musical and The Wizard of Oz… this reaction was what I needed. And you’re very handsome… 😂💚🔮🧹
Honestly this is the best reaction! I am so excited for this! I too have seen the Broadway 3 times!!! This looks fantastic and crying every minute of it!
I saw this in NYC 20 years ago, only 6 months into moving to the city after family kicked me out for being gay, so yeah this one is a special one. It was the first broadway show I ever got to see actually
I had the SAME reaction! & crazy thing is that I’ve actually never seen anything Wicked! But I am EXCITED and I know it’s going to be the MOVIE OF THE YEAR! 🩷🫧💚
I’ve seen Wicked a couple of times and I CAN. NOT. WAIT. The music in Act 1 is AMAZING and this is just a sample. It’s my absolute favorite musical of all time 🩷💚
Pour moi 1 blackout l'indétrônable 2 In the zone le légendaire 3 femme Fatale le festifs 4 Glory le magnifique 5 circus le spectaculaire 6 Britney le classique 7 oops it dit it again le bonbon 8 baby on more time le classique 9 Britney Jean la deception
The fact that they were literally sabotaging Britney Jean album is so insane to me. It literally would of been Britney’s Blackouttt pt 2 considering danja released some unreleased songs , which were such bops, also them censoring her music videos (perfume) and them not even promoting the album right smh 🤦♂️ so disappointing. And don’t even get me started on that chick on her album
My personal ranking is: 1. Britney 2. Blackout 3. Oops I Did It Again 4. Baby One More Time 5. In The Zone 6. Circus 7. Femme Fatale 8. Glory 9. Britney Jean
My ranking would be: 9. Britney Jean 8. ... Baby One More Time 7. Oops!... I Did It Again 6. Femme Fatale 5. Circus 4. Britney 3. In The Zone 2. Glory 1. Blackout
I've only gotten to see the Dream Within A Dream Tour LIVE. July 9th, 2002 at Nassau Coliseum. My TOP 5 favorite tours (even from RU-vid) is the following.... 1. Dream Within A Dream Tour 2. Oops I Did It Again Tour - (P.S. The Flame Suit is ICONIC) 3. Onyx Hotel Tour 4. Circus Tour 5. Femme Fatale Tour
Here's my ranking: 9. Britney Jean 8. Femme Fatale 7. Circus 6. Baby One More Time 5. Glory 4. Britney 3. Oops... I Did It Again 2. Blackout 1. In the Zone Oops was the first album I ever owned, no skips for me and I was obsessed with all the videos from this album, all the performances and all her looks from this era were just so iconic! Blackout - again no skips, so cohesive all these tracks and themes flow together so perfectly. I too didn't like this album when I first listened to it, but it slowly grew on me. In the Zone has some of her best songs, both singles and album tracks. On first glance it doesn't seem to be as cohesive as her other albums but I loved the light and shade on this album. I would consider it a perfect musical tapestry of songs. My top 5 are perfection for me though.
I have always been a fan of classic rock, metal, and country music, and never really got into pop, R&B, or hip hop, but I do like older Madonna songs, and I appreciate you breaking down these Britney albums the way you do to help others understand what they might have missed. I have been trying to figure out what Britney album has the most natural sounding vocals and instrumentation and maybe a good ballad or two without having to listen to all of them because that would probably be confusing or annoying. One cute thing about Britney's voice is that at times it sounds like a gently squeezed cicada, which I notice a little on Baby One More Time and more on Oops I Did It Again. I'd like to keep a cicada as a pet and name it Britney, but that wouldn't make sense since only the male cicadas make the Britney sounds, and their adult lifespan is really short.
Mine from least favorite to most favorite 9. Britney Jean 8. Oops I Did It Again 7. Britney 6. Femme Fatale 5. Glory 4. Circus 3. Blackout 2. Baby One More Time 1. In The Zone
1. Circus Tour 2. Dream Within A Dream 3. Onyx Hotel 4. Piece Of Me 2.0 5. M&M Tour 6. Oops! Tour 7. Crazy 2k Tour 8. Baby Tour 9. Piece Of Me 1.0 10. Femme Fatale Tour
Visually speaking i love Circus Tour and i attended the 2nd day LA concert. I also went to the asian leg of POM interesting stage productions but choreography is watered down.
