The TDR7 p works with recipes where the temperature is programmed. Via the manager menu you can edit the recipe parameters like time and temperature. Ok, but can I see a training video of the one at like a Wal-Mart? That runs from 8am -8pm, which is the Deli's closing time. We have black, charcoal grease in the side gears that I occasionally use a knife to chink away at.
