Such a great show. Back when you had to catch the episode once a week on regular TV and if you missed it, you missed it. They was no replaying it or looking it up on RU-vid later. It was good clean television, funny, and brought the whole family together because nobody wanted to miss it. I miss the 90s and 00s.

The writing is clearly some of the best of any sitcom... EVER. And why Leah Remini in this role has not been been recognized as one of the great comedic actresses of TV is beyond me. Her performances were always impeccable. Every show packed with out-loud laughs, still, after all these years. And it's a shame Richie left the show; he always got, and delivered with great comedic timing, alot of great lines - as did Holly! This show is, I think, my absolute favorite sitcom... and that's above Taxi, Barney Miller, Andy Griffith (thanks to Barney and the other quirky characters), Cheers, Martin, Living Single, 30 Rock (but that's mostly cuz of Tracy Morgan), and Everybody Loves Raymond.

It comes from an album George Martin personally produced and put together: In My Life is a 1998 album compiled and produced by George Martin. It consists almost entirely of cover versions of The Beatles songs which Martin produced originally, together with one original composition "Friends and Lovers". It features musicians like Celine Dion, Phil Collins and Bobby McFerrin, alongside the actors Robin Williams, Sean Connery, Billy Connolly, Goldie Hawn and Jim Carrey. So yeah Robin got permission through George himself
First heard this over 50 years ago whilst driving. Started laughing so much I had to stop the car. Loved the bit “he’s got the bamber, aye caught it right in the Gascogne”
Usually when a series (especially a sitcom) comes to an end after 9 seasons, it gets pretty bad. “The King of Queens” got so much better every season and ended better than ever. It wasn’t the greatest sitcom ever, but it never “jumped the shark” - to me that’s more impressive.
They don't have this end of series outro on the last episode on the Channel 4 app. Doesn't feel the same without it, so glad to have found this on here after having just seen that whole series finale! God Bless n cheers for posting this to make the end that bit more complete w/nostalgia! 💜
Hard to believe but they still don't like shows in syndication to have a "last" episode, so they removed the last bit. However, today, often the shows are shown in order so it makes sense to keep it.
