Thanks for joining me on my channel. I am on a new found journey on visual journalling and decided to create this channel as my creative outlet and also a motivation to capture all the simple things in life that makes me happy.
I don’t think I’m much help haha. We didn’t plan nor did we do any intense research. All the cafes we found were on the way to our airbnb or on the way to where we were going. Honestly Vietnam is so modern now that there’s a cute cafe in every corner. I find its best when you just stumble upon a place instead of spending time trying to figure out how to get to a certain place.
We stayed at one of Harry’s residence airbnb in Hoan Kiem. They have a few in that building and we stayed in the one bedroom and it was super nice nice and clean with cleaning service included.
Quite disgusting that you'd say the people on the boats selling snacks and drinks were scamming others. Ofc the price is higher- do you think it's easy for them to be out at sea all day in the heat. FYI They are just trying to make a living. They aren't rich or privileged
Not sure why you would comment like that. I’m Vietnamese born in Vietnam, my whole family was born in Vietnam and we all understand that this does happen. Especially in a third world country. That’s just how they survive. I never said it was a bad thing.. none of us complained because we understood that the price they bump it up to is still nothing compared to us exchanging it to our currency hence why i mentioned it was all about the experience.. that’s why people do these cruises.. I’ve seen tourists going to my country and HAGGLE a street vendor in giving discounts… THAT i don’t understand…
It was only us 2 and i think the 1 night is not worth it, 2 nights and 3 days is probably perfect as we were a bit tired after the cruise. So 3 nights may be a bit too much especially with kids as well. But I’m sure the staff are more than happy to help play with the kids while you have some quiet time. Staff were amazing.
Thanks! Menu was all buffet. The second lunch was set as there was only 2 groups left. As we stayed on for the full cruise. The food was worth it, they gave us so much food we were shocked. Plus the drinks on the cruise were great!
