dirt bike paradise is about getting outside and having fun with dirt bikes. This channel is based off my deep love of dirt biking and the desire to improve my riding skills. This channel has trail riding, motocross/XC racing, a couple RC vids, and the odd maintenance vid! My goal for this channel is to inspire people to get outside and ride, and hopefully improve my riding skills in the process. Please subscribe if you like the vids and want to see more! Thanks for checking out dirt bike paradise!
I was surprised you struggled a bit on some of the logs in the special section, Barry's Torture Pit, where there were spectators. You did that second last log there clean every time and I thought it was by far the most difficult. Good job.
@@rustynutracing thanks! I was overthinking way too much this race and only finally got into a good groove on the last two laps, definitely going to be pushing next race🤘
@@andrewpereira1117 nope, I race intermediate B, I’m not sure how long the morning classes are but I’m pretty sure they are 2 hours as well, nice! Good to get out racing 🤘🤘
that's awesome!!! If you haven't ridden a bike before than defiantly take it slow at first and focus on the basics like starts and stops in a big open area, getting a feel for where the clutch engages and how touchy the throttle is, stalling it will happen, even the pros stall sometimes so don't worry too much if it happens. Once you get going riding just practice coming to a complete stop by pulling the clutch in and gently use your front brake, do this multiple times to help you get a good feel of how much front brake you can use safely, and do the same with the rear, than try riding around a bit and shift through the gears, the long short story is it's very important to get comfortable with the bike before trying to go fast, speed always comes after good technique. I hope this helps : )
I have a Suzuki RMX450Z that I love. March of 2023 I purchased an Electric Motion Escape trials/trail bike. Did wonders for skills training. Plus it is pretty much silent, so I can ride in my yard to practice without worrying about upsetting neighbors. Also canr ride it off into the woods for about 3 hours. It is excellent for really tough trails and for cutting new trails as it is highly maneuverable, light, silent and can pretty much go anywhere you can walk. Any way, overall an excellent cross trainer that improved woods riding skills tremendously on the big 450. What year is your 250? How is it in the woods? The newer ones supposedly have great low to mid power, which seems like they'd be really good for the woods. Of course the springs are incredibly stiff, so those would have to be changed out, as would the rear rim for an 18". Thx.
Nice!! Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll have to check electric motion out. It’s a 2017 and probably the best handling bike I’ve ever ridden, It has great power low to mid but kind of runs out of steam up top, so I ported the head, installed a vertex high compression piston and run VP T4 race fuel, now it’s a freaking weapon! It still has great low to mid but now the top is amazing!! It’s more of my practice bike right now as I’m racing a 2023 KX 450 this year
wow. that is amazing work. I love the scherzer rolling lift bridge for easy access. It's brilliant. You must be somewhere in southern Ontario? Two of my favourite railways, CNR and To Hell and Back lol = you don't see much T.H.&B. these days. Awesome and inspiring trains. Thanks for sharing
Love the graphics...looks like an old school Yamaha, which I've ridden since 78, although I now ride a 22 RM-Z450. Guessing by the Canadian flag you're riding there? What tires are you running?
Thanks! I was going for a simple clean look. Nice! I was going to get a new Suzuki 450 but Suzuki doesn’t have racer support for Canada so I ended up on a KX450🤷♂️. I’m running a Dunlop MX 3S on the front and a Hoosier MX 110/90/19 rear (pretty similar to a MX 33)
The light will stay on for a little bit on startup to indicate how many run hours on the engine, the hole shot assist is only turned on by holding the button down till it starts flashing and will only stay on for 130 seconds roughly. If the light doesn’t shut off after 2 minutes of run time it could be displaying a fault code like an EFI code or engine code, I sadly don’t have my manual on had right now but can update you if I find anything more on this, I hope this helps
This type of riding reminds me when I use to ride between the rows of pine trees on my uncle's property with my honda atc. Lots of fun until you hit a tree with a back tire and bend the rear axle, the local machine shop use to straighten it for me!😅
